Undergraduate Program Coordinator (Internal Search) UW-Oshkosh
The Undergraduate Program Coordinator in the College of Education and Human Services at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is responsible for supporting teacher candidates and faculty within our undergraduate teacher education programs. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator works closely with the Office of Field Experience and the Associate Deans to coordinate applications for admission and student teaching, review of background checks, and implementation of recruiting efforts. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator will also provide advising support.
Dean of Students Office Manager (Internal Search) UW-Oshkosh
The Dean of Student Office Manager performs a series of key project, managerial and administrative tasks under the immediate direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor and Dean of Students and oversees the work for 5-8 student employees. In this capacity, the incumbent must exercise a significant degree of independence and latitude for decision-making. This incumbent works under minimal supervision and develops her/his work schedule in conjunction with the Associate Vice Chancellor and Dean of Students to meet program requirements. This position provides administrative and program support for Accessibility Services as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. In all areas of responsibility, the position requires the incumbent the ability to independently organize and prioritize work of considerable difficulty, meet multiple and concurrent deadlines; pay close attention to details; quickly adjust to and independently resolve problems. In this position, the incumbent is required to work the first two weeks each of the fall and spring academic semesters, in addition to normal business hours. The incumbent may not take vacation two weeks before the start of the fall semester. The individual in this position must be able to provide exceptional customer service and balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment that values student growth and development and be prepared to assist students in times of crisis or with sensitive concerns.
Planetarium Educator / Technician - UW Fox Valley Location (Internal recruitment, only open to UW System employees) UW-Fond Du Lac
This position will be an important team member contributing to all aspects of the operations of the Barlow Planetarium as it fulfills its mission of sharing its unique, educational and popular style of informal astronomy and space education. This position will also contribute to S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education experiences within the Barlow.
McNair Program Assistant UW-Oshkosh
The McNair Program Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the McNair Director in running the McNair Scholars Program. This includes maintaining routine administrative office support, being knowledgeable of office policies and procedures, marketing the Program, and assisting in the recruitment of McNair scholars. Lead Custodian UW-Oshkosh
The Custodian Lead reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and is responsible for guiding custodial staff (permanent, temporary and student) in the performance of cleaning services, in addition to performing regular cleaning tasks. The incumbent must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills when working with students, custodians, staff and supervisors; be physically able to perform custodial duties according to department standards; have the ability to assign and review work; have the ability to operate custodial cleaning equipment according to instructions; and follow all safety rules and report safety violations to a supervisor. The employee may come in contact with blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized by Risk Management to drive a University vehicle upon appointment; will drive a university fleet vehicle (van, passenger van or box truck) to deliver equipment and supplies; must successfully complete a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Hours of work are: Monday-Friday: 7 AM-3 PM; Every 4th weekend.

This position is responsible for the oversight and management of required practicum and internship experiences of students in the UWO Professional Counseling Department, which is required for program accreditation through the Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs (CACREP). This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of sites that offer quality clinical experiences for students that properly adhere to CACREP accreditation requirements and departmental clinical placement guidelines. The position coordinates placement of students at sites associated with their respective program emphasis and ensures that data and information on student progress is properly communicated between site and faculty supervisors. The position will require relevant data collection regarding student clinical experiences that will help inform departmental accreditation and assessment, strategic planning, and other policy-making endeavors. This position is a 9-month, full-time position that reports to the Chair of the Professional Counseling Department.
