McNair Program Assistant UW-Oshkosh
The McNair Program Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the McNair Director in running the McNair Scholars Program. This includes maintaining routine administrative office support, being knowledgeable of office policies and procedures, marketing the Program, and assisting in the recruitment of McNair scholars. The Assistant must be able to handle complex budgetary requests and issues. It is essential that the Assistant has very strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with students from all ethnic, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds. This is a .5 position with some work schedule flexibility.

Lead Custodian UW-Oshkosh
The Custodian Lead reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and is responsible for guiding custodial staff (permanent, temporary and student) in the performance of cleaning services, in addition to performing regular cleaning tasks. The incumbent must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills when working with students, custodians, staff and supervisors; be physically able to perform custodial duties according to department standards; have the ability to assign and review work; have the ability to operate custodial cleaning equipment according to instructions; and follow all safety rules and report safety violations to a supervisor. The employee may come in contact with blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized by Risk Management to drive a University vehicle upon appointment; will drive a university fleet vehicle (van, passenger van or box truck) to deliver equipment and supplies; must successfully complete a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Hours of work are: Monday-Friday: 7 AM-3 PM; Every 4th weekend.

Admissions Counselor - Marketing Specialist UW-Oshkosh
The Admissions Counselor - Marketing Specialist will be a member of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh undergraduate Admissions recruitment and enrollment team. The counselor will serve as a University ambassador and liaison with prospective students, parents/families, high school staff and other community members throughout the state and region. Counseling Clinical Coordinator UW-Oshkosh
This position works closely with Professional Counseling students, department faculty and staff, and community partners to create and manage clinical training experiences. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of required practicum and internship experiences of students in the UWO Professional Counseling Department, which is required for program accreditation through the Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs (CACREP). This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of sites that offer quality clinical experiences for students that properly adhere to CACREP accreditation requirements and departmental clinical placement guidelines. The position coordinates placement of students at sites associated with their respective program emphasis and ensures that data and information on student progress is properly communicated between site and faculty supervisors. The position will require relevant data collection regarding student clinical experiences that will help inform departmental accreditation and assessment, strategic planning, and other policy-making endeavors. This position is a 9-month, full-time position that reports to the Chair of the Professional Counseling Department.

This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday) and after-hour call-ins.
