Associate/Full Professor, College of Nursing (Tenure Track/Tenure) Oshkosh Campus
The College of Nursing at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for the tenure/tenure-track faculty Associate or Full Professor position with a starting date in the position of August 2025. We are seeking candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the Dean Emerita Rosemary Smith Endowed Professorship.  Dean Emerita Rosemary Smith served as Dean of the College of Nursing from 2004-2015. During her tenure at UW Oshkosh, she was a national leader in the profession of nursing, a nurse scholar, professor, visionary leader, and powerful nursing advocate. In her 38 years with UW Oshkosh, she served as the Undergraduate Director, Graduate Director, and Dean.  The Dean Emerita Rosemary Smith Endowed Professorship provides the awarded faculty member with funding for research initiatives for the first 5 years of employment.
International Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The International Student Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator at UW Oshkosh is responsible for managing the admissions process for international students and driving the university's international recruitment efforts. This role includes application review, rendering admissions decisions based on university policy, and communicating decisions to applicants. The Coordinator ensures compliance with immigration regulations, oversees the processing of application materials, and leverages data-driven approaches to enhance both recruitment and operational efficiency. As the primary contact for international applicants, this individual plays a critical role in guiding students from application to enrollment.
Police Officer I Oshkosh Campus
The UW Oshkosh Police Department is searching for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill our vacant Police Officer position! The Police Officer position is a sworn law enforcement position (State of WI, LESB certified) responsible for providing a full range of law enforcement services: enforce laws, investigate complaints, investigate incidents that may have an impact on the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend and arrest offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Police Officers are expected to embrace community policing philosophies, engage and partner with the community, analyze data, and problem-solve for the purpose of crime prevention. Officers are also expected to have the ability to conduct complex investigations, take photographs, collect physical evidence, prepare complete written reports of all investigations and testify regarding those reports. Police Officers must, at all times, support the department's mission by providing essential law enforcement functions, respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, dealing ethically with the public, valuing trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, justice, fairness, caring, civic virtue, and citizenship; having character, pride, and professionalism.
Associate Lab Director ERIC Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
Reporting to the Director at the Environmental Research and Innovation Center. The ERIC is a state of the art research and testing lab that offers a full range of water, renewable energy, and compost testing capabilities. The Associate Director will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility including client management as well as all staff and student employees. The Associate Director will also review the unit budget, implement training programs, compile data for internal policy requests, implement protocols and testing procedures for the lab, and evaluate the programs and policies that are used by the laboratory.

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) represents a significant outreach effort, offering valuable expertise and resources to prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners located throughout a six (6) county region of east central Wisconsin. The Wisconsin SBDC at UW Oshkosh is part of a statewide network supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners through no-cost, confidential consulting, training, and educational programs. Local SBDC experts facilitate improvement and growth for small and emerging mid-size companies and help launch successful enterprises. The Wisconsin SBDC Network serves over 5,000 clients per year across 14 locations. This position is a non-teaching, part-time, calendar year academic staff position reporting to the Director of the SBDC at UW Oshkosh, with additional reporting responsibilities through the UW System's Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship. The Outreach Specialist for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) delivers and assists with planning outreach program activities, strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and local community. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. May assist with tracking and managing the outreach program budget.

Candidates should be able to teach both on-campus and online courses in at least two of the following areas: “criminal law” or “crime scene documentation and forensics” or “juvenile delinquency and juvenile justice.” The ability to teach courses involving historically marginalized members of society in relation to criminal justice, as well as develop and teach upper-division courses in the candidate’s area of expertise, is desired.
Academic Program Manager Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for (a) oversight and management of the School of Education and Human Service (SOEHS) assessment practices and (b) overall administration of the SOEHS Professional Education Program. (A) This position advises SOEHS administration on policy recommendations regarding assessment and provides support for faculty and staff in developing, maintaining, and improving upon SOEHS data collection practices. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal data requirements, ensuring information and analytic support is provided to facilitate accreditation and assessment, strategic planning, and other policy making. (B) This position requires maintaining all licensure areas of the Professional Education Program in accordance with the adopted mission and goals of the School, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Chapter PI34 Teacher Education Program Approval and Licenses, and guidelines provided by federal agencies and pertinent federal and state law. This position is responsible for selecting, implementing, and managing strategies and initiatives to achieve the program’s objectives, particularly as to initial licensure and subject to School curriculum governance.
