PreCollege Programs – Instructor - Open Pool - 10/11/2024 - 04/01/2025 Oshkosh Campus
Teach students grade 6-12 in the PreCollege program various subjects.   Responsible for preparing and implementing a teaching plan for middle and/or high school students. Provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
Police Officer I Oshkosh Campus
The UW Oshkosh Police Department is searching for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill our vacant Police Officer position! The Police Officer position is a sworn law enforcement position (State of WI, LESB certified) responsible for providing a full range of law enforcement services: enforce laws, investigate complaints, investigate incidents that may have an impact on the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend and arrest offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Police Officers are expected to embrace community policing philosophies, engage and partner with the community, analyze data, and problem-solve for the purpose of crime prevention. Officers are also expected to have the ability to conduct complex investigations, take photographs, collect physical evidence, prepare complete written reports of all investigations and testify regarding those reports. Police Officers must, at all times, support the department's mission by providing essential law enforcement functions, respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, dealing ethically with the public, valuing trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, justice, fairness, caring, civic virtue, and citizenship; having character, pride, and professionalism.
Facilities Associate Director (INTERNAL UW OSHKOSH SEARCH ONLY) Oshkosh Campus
Directs the security and risk, custodial, grounds, recycling, repairs, maintenance, and utility services of facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the university and its employees, and monitors the Facilities Management budget and procurement.
Social Media Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Social Media Specialist handles University-wide social media and similar digital platforms, monitors engagement, handles inquiries, develops communications strategy and content calendars, and creates and publishes relevant content. This position will also handle internal paid advertising and prepare/disseminate relevant analytics to track use and effectiveness of social media posts and paid advertising. Typical work hours are 7:45 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as evenings and weekends as needed. A hybrid work schedule may be considered.
Counselor Oshkosh Campus
The UWO Counseling Center has an opportunity to join a talented, supportive, and fun counseling team in serving our amazing Titan students. Our counselors provide individual and group counseling, wellness and psychoeducational services, crisis and case management, consultation, outreach, and training. Working in a college setting with students who are open and invested in their wellness is one of the best mental health work environments. We are committed to supporting the overall wellness of every student in an inclusive, positive and caring way. Please note this is a 0.9 FTE position which allows for decreased hours when classes are not in session. For example, the Counseling Center may be open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm during weeks of break (compared to typical operating hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm).

International Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
