UW Oshkosh is searching for the position of Director, Children's Learning & Care Center. The Children’s Learning & Care Center (CLCC) is licensed for 189 children, ages 2 weeks to 10 years, currently serving 155 children in ten classrooms. It is licensed by the state of Wisconsin, nationally accredited through AdvancED NCA, and is currently going through the process for NAEYC accreditation.

Pre-school Teacher Fox Cities Campus

Assistant Professor of Psychology Fond du Lac Campus
The Department of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for an Assistant Professor position beginning September 2021 at our Fond du Lac Campus. This tenure-track faculty position will involve teaching courses in Introductory Psychology, Statistics, and other Psychology courses as deemed necessary. There is also the possibility of teaching courses at the Oshkosh campus.
Clinic Office Manager Oshkosh Campus
The Administrative Specialist is primarily responsible for Student Health Services. In addition to the financial program support duties, the Administrative Specialist (AS) coordinates the front desk/reception and medical record functions, and participates in various Student Health Center committee/work groups. This position also assists in the staffing (recruitment, hiring) and training of administrative staff. As part of the Administrative team, the Administrative Specialist provides direct service via front desk coverage, answering phones and webmail to ensure adequate patient service.
Maintenance Mechanic Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of University buildings, HVAC equipment and cooling towers. Additional duties include maintenance of swimming pool, food service equipment, and laundry equipment. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle, upon appointment. This position will function as a member of the Facilities Management Maintenance team (plumbers, steamfitters, electricians, HVAC mechanics, and facilities maintenance specialists) providing customer service and relations to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors and co-workers, other departments, and University staff. This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday) and after-hour call-ins. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position.
Enrollment Counselor Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
The successful candidate will be a member of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh enrollment management team. The counselor will serve as a University ambassador and liaison with prospective students, parents/families, high school staff and other community members throughout the state and region. A focus of this position will be to provide prospective students with seamless and positive enrollment experience.

Working with the university community, the Enrollment Management Team, and a dynamic group of student orientation leaders, this position will implement new student orientation services and programs for over 2,000 new students and respective family members. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, this position will develop and implement a comprehensive new student program in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the success of all new students. As a professional staff member within the Division of Student Affairs, the incumbent will be responsible for services and programs that directly impact institutional strategic goals and increase student retention, persistence, and graduation rates. The individual in this position will maintain active participation in key professional organizations relevant to the study of new student orientation and transition.
Power Plant Operator - Senior/Relief/Maintenance Oshkosh Campus
This position’s primary responsibility is to assist in the daily maintenance of the boilers and chillers and their auxiliary equipment. Secondary responsibility is relief of Operator Seniors that are in “leave” status. In maintenance capacity, this position works in conjunction with the Power Plant Operator In-Charge in the minor and major plant maintenance as needed. While in relief of Operators on leave, this position is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of Heating/Chiller equipment, records management, plant safety and security.

Instructional Designer (Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning) Oshkosh Campus
The Instructional Designer works closely with faculty and instructional academic staff to assist with the development of courses, incorporating appropriate learning technologies and techniques, for both on-line and on-site programs.
Parking Enforcement Officer - Fox Cities Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
Parking Services is looking to fulfill the enforcement needs of our Fox Cities campus which has recently implemented a parking permit user fee on their campus. This halftime position will work primarily at the Fox Cities campus throughout the 14-week semester times and Oshkosh campus during non 14-week times providing enforcement and other needs. Regular Fox Cities enforcement hours: Parking regulations will be enforced weekdays during the regular semesters. Schedule of enforceable hours: Regular enforcement hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Event hours (no enforcement), 4:00 pm – midnight. Overnight patrol may be administered especially during winter weather months.
