Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking candidates to serve as the primary administrative assistant for the UWO Athletic Band Program (Titan Thunder Marching Band and Bolt Pep Band). This position supports the Director of Athletic Bands in all business services, with emphasis in finances, logistics and operation support for the UWO Athletic Bands.
Police Sergeant Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for all aspects of the supervision of patrol officers. The Police Sergeant conducts daily briefings, schedules work, participates in and oversees the activities of officers, organizes employee training, trains and evaluates police officers, creates schedules and approves payroll for employees, and oversees the overall operations of the Community Service Officer (student employee) Program. The Police Sergeant must also frequently perform the same tasks as subordinates. During the University’s non-business hours, the Police Sergeant is often the highest ranking law enforcement official on campus and is expected to make most decisions without consulting a higher authority. This position is under the general supervision of a Police Lieutenant.
Teaching Assistant Professor Communication Studies Outreach Coordinator Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
The Department of Communication seeks an exceptional instructor for a Teaching Assistant Professor position in the college. This is an internal recruitment and is open to instructional academic staff from the Department of Communication and serves all three campuses. Reporting to the chairperson, the teaching assistant professor designs and facilitates classroom, online, and/or laboratory instruction within an academic discipline to ensure quality delivery of instruction and integration of content within an academic work unit. Provides for-credit instruction in formats such as classroom, online and/or laboratory settings, including grading. Serves as an instructor of record and engages in service activities at the level of a faculty member. In addition, this position includes service in the role of Communication Studies Outreach Coordinator. The outreach coordinator will serve as an advocate for the Communication Studies program on campus and in the community. In particular, the Outreach Coordinator will help coordinate the department CAPP (Cooperative Academic Partnership Program) and will support department members in outreach to potential students or community partners.

Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
Provides administrative support for the Global Languages & Cultures Department and Art Department Galleries. Work in collaboration with the department chairperson(s), faculty, and staff performing various responsibilities in support of departmental programs and set priorities to ensure that deadlines are met.
Environmental Health Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Environmental Health Specialist will work with the Vilas County Environmental Health staff to conduct environmental health inspections and well water testing throughout Vilas County, WI.  The Environmental Health Specialist  will perform environmental testing and laboratory analysis on a variety of sample matrices related to supporting the environmental health program.  The successful candidate will work with all aspects of environmental health in the county.  The Environmental Health Specialist  may also mentor student interns. The position is located in Eagle River, WI.
AV Technician III Fox Cities Campus
The AV Technician III designs, installs, and implements large, highly complex, and non-routine audiovisual (AV) hardware, software, and associated classroom technologies. Leads the preparation of classroom facilities with proper technology equipment to ensure proper functionality and security according to business needs.
HVAC Mechanic Fox Cities and Fond du Lac Campuses
Under the general supervision of the UWO Fox Cities/Fond Du Lac Facilities Managers, this position performs primarily HVAC oversight of the Fox Cities and Fond Du Lac campuses. This includes work order and preventative maintenance administrational duties. The position will give direction to campus facilities staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of campus mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. This position will be a first responder to afterhours emergency calls regarding HVAC, plumbing emergencies, power outages and the like. This position will be monitoring two campuses building control systems daily. Regional travel will be as required by the position. If a campus vehicle is not available, mileage will be reimbursed for travel. Preliminary estimates of work site distribution are 60% FOX, 40% FDL. This will change with campus projects, training, and many other factors. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.
Facilities Technician III Oshkosh Campus
Inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.
Interior Designer Oshkosh Campus
Assesses and meets client design requirements, designs, coordinates renovation and refurbishes interior spaces, and collaborates with other construction professionals to ensure design solutions align with client needs and meet regulatory and professional building standards. This position will require a criminal background investigation.

Financial Aid Counselor Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
The Financial Aid Office at UW Oshkosh is seeking a Financial Aid Officer to join our dedicated team. In addition to counseling students and families, Financial Aid Officers are responsible for processing student aid applications, awarding aid, and program management. This position would also have a significant role at the Fox Cities campus.
Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Simulation Operations Specialist assists in delivering all simulation activities to the UW Oshkosh College of Nursing Simulation & Skills Lab. This is done by providing operational and technical support under the direction of the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Manager. This position collaborates with faculty, staff, and leadership and will support the design, development, and enhancement of instructional activities, programs, and curricula. Simulation Operations Specialists will implement effective educational methods and technologies to meet the organizational and educational needs of the College of Nursing.

Custodian Lead Oshkosh Campus
The Custodian Lead reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and is responsible for guiding custodial staff (permanent, temporary and student) in the performance of cleaning services, in addition to performing regular cleaning tasks. The incumbent must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills when working with students, custodians, staff and supervisors; be physically able to perform custodial duties according to department standards; have the ability to assign and review work; have the ability to operate custodial cleaning equipment according to instructions; and follow all safety rules and report safety violations to a supervisor. The employee may come in contact with blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Must successfully complete a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Electronic Resources Librarian Oshkosh Campus, Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Libraries is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Electronic Services Librarian to coordinate and manage online resources at our three campuses, including e-journals, databases, streaming video, and e-books. This position ensures access to licensed and open access online resources for our students, staff, and faculty. In addition, this person will provide leadership and direction in collection development and will work closely with acquisitions, cataloging, and our integrated library system.

This Admissions Counselor will serve as a University ambassador and liaison with prospective students, parents/families, high school staff and other community members throughout the state and region.
