Police Officer (2 Positions) Oshkosh Campus
The UW Oshkosh Police Department is searching for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill our vacant Police Officer position! The Police Officer position is a sworn law enforcement position (State of WI, LESB certified) responsible for providing a full range of law enforcement services: enforce laws, investigate complaints, investigate incidents that may have an impact on the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend and arrest offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Police Officers are expected to embrace community policing philosophies, engage and partner with the community, analyze data, and problem-solve for the purpose of crime prevention. Officers are also expected to have the ability to conduct complex investigations, take photographs, collect physical evidence; prepare complete written reports of all investigations and testify regarding those reports. Police Officers must at all times support the department's mission, providing essential law enforcement functions, respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, deal ethically with the public, valuing trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, justice, fairness, caring, civic virtue, and citizenship; having character, pride, and professionalism.
Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
Provides administrative support for a department, group of professionals, or to the manager of a work group consisting of professional staff and subordinate supervisors in support of unit goals, under general supervision. The position is intended to act as reception and support for the Office of the Provost & Vice Chancellor. This includes extensive support to the AVC of Faculty & Academic Staff Affairs.

Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus

Assistant Professor of Biology Oshkosh Campus
This tenure track position is in Biology, one of the largest and fastest growing departments in the College of Letters and Science, and offers an excellent balance between teaching, research, and unparalleled opportunities for personal and professional growth. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can teach courses in animal physiology, human physiology, and an elective course in their area of expertise. This individual will be a key part of our team who will help us serve our large and growing population of pre-health and pre-nursing students. We are looking for an individual who has a background in animal and or human physiology who will complement the expertise we already have among our faculty, and who is collaborative and collegial. In addition, we are looking for someone who will develop a research program, advise students, and involve students, both undergraduate and graduate in research, and participate in the governance of the department. Registration Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
This full-time position, located in Oshkosh, is part of the Community Development, Engagement and Training (CCDET) outreach department. The Pathlore Registration Coordinator part of CCDET's data management service area and is responsible for entering data into a Learning Management System (LMS), performing registration management tasks, writing and sending LMS-related correspondence and reports, communicating with state-wide agency staff, assisting with web design and publishing, and helping to maintain and revise online courses. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team environment, and being a self-initiator. This position will be working on the UW Oshkosh campus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Student Support Services TRIO STEM Academic Advisor Oshkosh Campus
Serve as an Academic Advisor to approximately 80 student members of the UW Oshkosh Student Support Services (SSS) STEM program. The program offers advising and academic support services for first-generation college students and students whose limited family income meets federally established assistance guidelines. Student Support Services (SSS) STEM is one of the U.S. Department of Education funded TRIO programs intended to provide opportunities for academic development, to assist students in achieving their educational goals, and to motivate students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education.
Coordinator of Wellness Oshkosh Campus
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Programs, the Coordinator of Wellness provides direct oversight of wellness education programs that address priority student health issues which support the missions of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and the Department of Student Recreation and Wellness. The coordinator plans, develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive wellness program based on national standards and best practices. The Coordinator of Wellness hires, trains and supervises the Peer Wellness Educator staff and works closely with Residence Life to provide training and support for the Health Advocate program. The coordinator also collaborates with several departments across campus to provide holistic wellness education to our student body. The coordinator provides student development support to Student Recreation student staff, through ongoing leadership training and wellness workshops.

Coordinator of Strategic Testing Network Oshkosh Campus
This Administrative Assistant II position is a .65 position in Testing Services, preferably working 6.5 hour days, 4 days a week. This position is responsible for coordinating the STN in Testing Services, which administers the GRE, Praxis and TOEFL (and eventually CLEP.) The Administrative Assistant II position requires the ability to make critical judgements and decisions related to high stakes test administration and test security. The STN Coordinator is a collaborative member of departmental team committed to providing excellent services while meeting internal and nationally recognized standards of quality.
Parking Enforcement Officer Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
The Parking Enforcement Office is responsible for monitoring parking areas and issuing citations for parking violations. This role collects data on campus parking usage and reports maintenance and safety concerns found on campus.
