Event and Conference Services at UW Oshkosh is currently accepting applications for workers during the Oshkosh AirVenture convention held July 21st – Jul 27th. We have openings for Guest Reservationists July 14 – July 28th. 

Job Description: Provide exemplary customer service to make for an outstanding UW Oshkosh AirVenture lodging experience for the guest. 

Guest Reservationists check guests in and out of assigned rooms, assist guests with the registration process, modify existing reservations, maintain hall rosters and linen information, answer the telephone, give directions, and provide information about the university and city. Staff team members should enjoy directly working with people and enjoy helping make the guest lodging experience outstanding. Team members should be detail-oriented, be able to use effective communication, effective computer skills, and work well under pressure. Prior customer service and/or cash handling experience are a plus. 
 
Compensation: $17.00 per hour; plus time and half for any hours over 40 in a given time period  

Hours:  Guest Reservationists: Various shifts to cover up to 16 hours a day  
Team members will work approximately 5-12 days between July 14th and July 28th based on their responsibilities and schedule.
