Device Support Account Manager Oshkosh Campus
Working in Information Technology, the IT Account Manager (“account manager”) assures delivery of support services while working under the general guidance of an IT director or team manager. In fulfillment of this role, this individual works closely with assigned units, developing service delivery requirements and service level agreements. The account manager documents customer systems and requirements, trains personnel to appropriately support and deliver services according to service level agreements, monitors and reports on execution and constituent satisfaction, maintaining close contact with the unit and the support staff to do so. The account manager independently resolves complex problems as needed and works closely with team managers and directors on planning and personnel management.
Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Oshkosh Campus
The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a tenure-track faculty member at the assistant level. This person will teach, based on their expertise, a variety of graduate courses in educational leadership, policy, and PK-12 administration both on-campus and in off-campus cohort settings. In addition, this person is expected to maintain an active program of research and publication and provide service to the Department, College, University, PK-12 community, and profession. Residence Life Receptionist Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for maintaining front desk receptionist operations and aiding in various office clerical duties and reports to the Associate Director of Residence Life - Management Services and Programs. This position also performs or assists with special duties and projects throughout the year and during the summer as needed. The qualified candidate will work both independently and as a team member to ensure a wide range of deadlines are met. Strong communication, organizational and priority setting skills, and the ability to work well with the public and staff is essential. This position serves as a department and campus resource. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours may be adjusted during academic break periods. Additional hours will be required during Labor Day weekend and may also be required for opening of Spring semester.
Director, International Studies Program Oshkosh Campus

Assistant Professor of English Oshkosh Campus
The Department of English at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of professional and digital writing for fall 2020. Candidates will have a PhD in English or Writing Studies, an established scholarly agenda in professional or digital writing, and expertise and interest in using digital media in writing classes that integrate technology and pedagogy in innovative ways. Industry experience in professional/technical writing or editing is strongly desirable. Teaching duties will include teaching upper- and graduate-level offerings in professional writing, rhetoric, and composition. The successful candidate will also play a key role in overseeing the department’s newly implemented Professional Writing minor with opportunities for course development.
Assistant Professor of Communication - Interpersonal Communication Oshkosh Campus
The Communication Studies Department at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for an assistant professor (tenure-track) in the area of interpersonal communication, to start September 9, 2020. The successful candidate will share our commitment to inclusive excellence, community engagement, and student success. Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate courses in Interpersonal Communication, Communication and Conflict, and Listening. Grant Accountant Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh is looking for you to join our financial services team.  Primary responsibilities for the incumbent include pre- and post-award professional support and administration of University-sponsored research, grants and contracts. The incumbent serves as primary liaison between faculty and the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) for management of funded grants; coordinates the functions between and among administrative and academic units across campus and the Financial Services Office to ensure appropriate management of funded grants and contracts; and implements University policies and procedures to ensure institutional compliance with granting agency regulations and policies. The incumbent works with faculty and staff to ensure effective management of grant and contract awards, and to ensure compliance with Federal, State, UW System Board of Regents, and institutional policies as they relate to all phases of grants and contracts administration. The incumbent also provides direct assistance to faculty in the development and submission of competitive proposal budgets to Federal, corporate and private agencies. The incumbent also performs monthly bank reconciliations and other general accounting functions The incumbent reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration/Controller. Standard work hours are 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (M-F)
Advisor & Recruiter Oshkosh Campus
This position serves as an academic advisor for students admitted to degree and certificate programs offered through the Division of Online & Continuing Education (OCE). Additionally, this position serves as a recruiter and pre-advisor for students seeking information about, or admission to, OCE online degree programs. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of non-traditional and adult student experiences, and be able to acknowledge the unique set of obstacles these students face. Along with advising and recruiting, duties will include establishing and maintaining relationships with partner schools and community organizations.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Human Services Leadership Oshkosh Campus
The Department of Human Services Leadership at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The person in this position will teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in both on-campus, distance and online settings. In addition, this person is expected to maintain an active program of research and publication and provide service to the department, college, university, professional community, and the human services profession. In this role, the candidate is expected to promote the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the University, the College of Education and Human Services, and the Human Services Leadership Department. Additionally, this person will work collaboratively with the Department Chair and Graduate Program Coordinator for all matters involving the assigned course(s). Director of Hmong Studies Oshkosh Campus
The College of Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure track) or Associate Professor (tenure possible upon appointment) of Hmong Studies. The position is open to qualified candidates with a PhD in Hmong Studies, Southeast Asian Studies, Asian Studies, Ethnic Studies, or other related disciplines. Associate Dean for Access Campuses (INTERNAL SEARCH) Fox Cities and Fond Du Lac Campuses
The position of Associate Dean for Access Campuses in the College of Letters and Science will assist the Dean in providing leadership and guidance for College-based programs on the two access campuses, Fond du Lac and Fox Cities. The associate dean will hold a nine-month limited term appointment in the Dean's Office while maintaining a concurrent tenured faculty assignment in a home department. The position includes summer support. The associate dean will generally teach one class per semester. The associate dean will provide a liaison between the Dean's Office and faculty, staff, and governance on the access campuses, and serve as a member of the Access Campus Leadership Team. Along with the three divisional associate deans, the associate dean will assist in making recommendations concerning staffing, personnel decisions, strategic planning and program development. The associate dean will maintain a home on one of the two access campuses and travel as needed to the other two UW Oshkosh campuses.
Library Services Assistant Fox Cities Campus
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh - Fox Cities campus Library is searching for a motivated Library Services Assistant interested in becoming part of our team. This position is responsible for library circulation, interlibrary loan, materials processing and supervising student staff. Other duties include providing research assistance to users, performing other public and technical duties, and proctoring tests for students with documented testing accommodations. The work performed requires extensive knowledge of and experience with library practices and procedures, in addition to a significant degree of decision-making and problem-solving ability.
