Academic Program Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (UWO) seeks a hardworking and well-organized candidate to serve as the Assistant Program Director of Medical Laboratory Science. A successful candidate will help with student advising, clinical placements, student recruitment, laboratory set up and equipment maintenance. The person in this role should also have clinical experience in the field of Medical Laboratory Science and have the drive to work collaboratively with the Program Director to enhance the student experience.
Heating/Cooling Plant Operator II (2 positions) Oshkosh Campus
Monitors, operates, adjusts, maintains, and repairs a variety of technical equipment for the campus Heating and Cooling plants to supply the campus with critical services. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. This position is part of the 24/7 plant coverage and may be assigned to various shifts, including a rotating schedule that includes day, nights, afternoons, and most weekends and holidays.
Facilities Technician II (Fox Cities Campus) Fox Cities Campus
Inspects, maintains, and repairs basic equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, and operational maintenance as needed. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.

Human Resources Generalist Oshkosh Campus
The HR Generalist will provide human resources (HR) support to the College of Business and the Division of University Affairs. This position provides high quality, responsive support while ensuring compliance and timely and accurate HR processing. The HR Generalist also provides strategic support as a human resources business partner. This position will represent the department as the faculty liaison, working closely with the Provost office to ensure consistent procedures and effective collaboration. The role will also manage biweekly reporting of lump sum/overload payment requests. The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative team within the Department of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity.
New Student and Family Programs Director Oshkosh Campus, Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
Working with the university community and Enrollment Management, the Director leads the strategic planning, program direction, budget oversight, and staff supervision for New Student & Family Programs across three campus locations. New Student & Family Programs provides a variety of initiatives to increase the success of new students on the three UW Oshkosh campuses, including but not limited to: Oshkosh campus, Fox Cities campus, and Fond du Lac campus orientation programs, Family Day, new student and family communication, and financial literacy programming for students. As a professional staff member within the Division of Student Affairs, the incumbent will be responsible for services and programs that directly impact institutional strategic goals and increase student success and retention.
Controller Oshkosh Campus
Represents the institution on finance-related administrative matters, establishes and maintains a consultative and collaborative working relationship with institutional units, and guides the development of strategy, processes, and policies to ensure the accuracy and compliance in the institution's accounting functions.
Recreation Program Supervisor Oshkosh Campus
Internal Search Language: This is an internal search that will only consider current UW System employees. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations, the Operations Coordinator provides oversight and support for general Student Recreation facility operations. This position is primarily responsible for the membership, access, policy development/enforcement, and student staff of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. There is a strong emphasis on student development, training and general availability and support when student staff are present. Evenings, weekends and some holiday work will be required.

TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) and SSS STEM Program Assistant Oshkosh Campus
The TRIO SSS and SSS STEM Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the director and advisors of both the traditional TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program and the Student Support Services STEM (SSS STEM) program. As one of the first points of contact with the program and the Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence, the Assistant must possess excellent communication skills and contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. Specific job responsibilities include budget and office management, program communication, data and record management, TRIO SSS website and social media management, and the support and implementation of program planning and activities. The position reports directly to the SSS and SSS STEM director. The two UW Oshkosh SSS programs serve 420 first-generation, limited-income students annually. SSS and SSS STEM are TRIO programs funded through grants with the U.S. Department of Education. During the academic year and summer months, evening hours and occasional weekend hours may be required to meet recruitment and retention initiatives of the TRIO SSS STEM program.
Event Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The Event Coordinator position will serve as a member of the Department of Residence Life Conference Services management team, and in doing so will serve the needs of guests within Gruenhagen Conference Center and other clients who are utilizing the resources within Gruenhagen Conference Center, the Department of Residence Life and the broader University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus.
Undergraduate Office Administrative Assistant Oshkosh Campus
The Undergraduate Program Administrative Assistant is a vital role in the College of Business team. This team member serves as the main point of contact for the Undergraduate Office in the College of Business by fielding questions via phone, email, and in person. Additionally, the person in this position works closely with several College of Business faculty/staff members to provide excellent customer service to students and ensure efficient operating of the office. Throughout the year, this team member has the opportunity to help with a variety of tasks and collaborate with several university units. The culture in the College of Business is focused on professional development. The team member will have many opportunities to develop new skills, identify career pathing options, and participate in professional development (mentoring, conferences, etc.). This position may be eligible for a hybrid on-campus/remote work schedule.
Groundskeeper (4 positions) Oshkosh Campus
Maintains and landscapes lawns, planting beds, and fields. Inspects grounds to ensure conditions meet institutional grounds keeping standards. HVAC Mechanic Fox Cities and Fond du Lac Campuses
Under the general supervision of the UWO Fox Cities/Fond du Lac Facilities Managers, this position installs, maintains, and repairs environmental control or refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment for both campuses. May direct the work of other staff performing routine maintenance and repair functions. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a university vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.
Interior Designer Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
Assesses and meets client design requirements, designs, coordinates renovation and refurbishes interior spaces, and collaborates with other construction professionals to ensure design solutions align with client needs and meet regulatory and professional building standards. Research Analyst I Oshkosh Campus
Reporting to the Director of Evaluation and Research in the College of Nursing, this position provides administrative and research support to the College of Nursing. This position will interact with staff, faculty, administrators, and students on behalf of the Center for Nursing Research. Responsibilities will include establishing, maintaining, and ensuring that compliance of records align with departmental expectations while meeting goals. This position will conduct the analysis and interpretation of data to communicate oral and written reports and findings. In addition, the Research Analyst may handle a variety of clerical duties, student support, facility coordination, or other duties as assigned.

This is an internal recruitment and is open to instructional academic staff from the Department of Social Work and serves all three campuses. Reporting to the chairperson, the teaching assistant professor designs and facilitates classroom, online, and/or laboratory instruction within an academic discipline to ensure quality delivery of instruction and integration of content within an academic work unit. Provides for-credit instruction in formats such as classroom, online and/or laboratory settings, including grading. Serves as an instructor of record and engages in service activities at the level of a faculty member. Also serves as MSW Field Coordinator.
