Maintenance Mechanic Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of University buildings, HVAC equipment and cooling towers. Additional duties include maintenance of swimming pool, food service equipment, and laundry equipment. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle, upon appointment. This position will function as a member of the Facilities Management Maintenance team (plumbers, steamfitters, electricians, HVAC mechanics, and facilities maintenance specialists) providing customer service and relations to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors and co-workers, other departments, and University staff. This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday) and after-hour call-ins. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position.
Campus Administrator-UWO Fox Cities (Internal search for current UWO employees only) Fox Cities Campus
The Campus Administrator position is a half-time (50%) limited appointment serving the UWO Fox Cities access campus of UW Oshkosh. For access campus operations, planning and management functions, this position reports to the Assistant Chancellor for Access Campuses and serves as part of the Access Campus Leadership team.
Data & Student Services Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Titan Advantage Program (TAP) in the Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized individual to serve as a Data and Student Services Specialist. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for assisting with the Titan Advantage program and data reporting. This includes analyzing and creating complex data and report sets for academic program planning and providing accurate and timely data to leadership for strategic decision-making. In addition, this position will also assist with providing ongoing academic support services to students and work with the TAP Coordinator to support the recruitment and retention of students in the program. This is a part-time position at 24 hours per week.
Student Services Specialist for Information Fox Cities Campus
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Dean of Student Affairs for Access Campuses, the Student Services Specialist for Information is located in the Student Affairs office, and as a strategic member of the Solution Center, is primarily responsible for providing excellence in customer service by addressing basic academic curriculum and program related questions/concerns for students, parents, faculty, staff and the community. The SS-Specialist for Information is the first campus contact and therefore, highly visible and cross-trained with a strong knowledge base and understanding of the campus protocols for the areas of admissions, recruitment, advising, financial aid, veterans, accessibility and student/academic conduct. The SS-Specialist for Information fields questions through email, web chat, phone and in-person. This is a continuous University Staff position appointed at a full-time equivalence (FTE) of 1.0. The typical work schedule will be 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required.
Business Analyst for Enrollment Management Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond Du Lac Campuses
This position reports directly to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management with the goal of streamlining and automating business processes and procedures to advance the campus recruiting goals. Work assignments are challenging and complex, requiring proficiency in a variety of enterprise application tools. The incumbent is responsible for system analysis and design functions; data analysis and delivery of reports and processes specifically for Financial Aid, Admissions, Career and Professional Development, New Student Programming, and Student Retention. Specifically, this position provides technical support for the Financial Aid Office’s delivery of Federal and State aid grants, external awards, activity guides, and workflow, Department of Education regulatory updates Lawton Grants, ACG/Smart Grants, Satisfactory Academic Progress, Work Study and Direct Lending. Technical support for the Admissions Office includes with External Test Score processing, Communication Generation, Checklist, 3C Engine, PeopleSoft Recruitment module, EPCS and internal and external reporting. This position will work within established project management frameworks and will be required to effectively communicate with a diverse user group.
Early Childhood Education Teacher Oshkosh Campus
The UWO Children's Learning and Care Center is looking to fill 2 classroom teacher positions: toddlers and preschool. The teachers will plan, coordinate and implement developmentally appropriate care and early childhood education for the children in these classrooms.

New Student Application and Records Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Admissions Office is seeking a New Student Application and Records Coordinator. This position coordinates the preparation of nearly 18,000 application records annually in an office environment that emphasizes timely customer service. There is frequent collaboration and contact with university staff, academic staff, faculty, and administrators. Repeated correspondence with prospective students also occurs.. The position reports to the Director of Admissions and works 40 hours per week.
Administrative Assistant Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Children's Learning and Care Center seeks an Administrative Assistant. This individual is part of the Center Administrative team. The candidate must be able to engage in all job related activities with contacts from within and outside the University in a courteous and professional manner. This includes managing multiple tasks and effectively organizing work, being able to deal with and adapt to change, and working effectively with two supervisors. The individual must also have strong organizational skills that allow for the ability to juggle many tasks, be able to sub for teachers and childcare aides in classrooms, and possess the ability to stay calm and assist in the event of a crisis. They also need knowledge of MS Office and other university systems and need to be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.
Access Campus Athletic Director Fox Cities and Fond Du Lac Campuses
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking candidates for the position of Athletic Director for their Fond du Lac and Fox Cities campuses. The Athletic Director (AD) position is responsible for managing two comprehensive athletic programs at the Fond du Lac and Fox Cities campuses focused on the development of scholarship, sportsmanship, and understanding of the values of competitive athletics.
Parking Enforcement Officer - Fox Cities Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
Parking Services is looking to fulfill the enforcement needs of our Fox Cities campus which has recently implemented a parking permit user fee on their campus. This halftime position will work primarily at the Fox Cities campus throughout the 14-week semester times and Oshkosh campus during non 14-week times providing enforcement and other needs. Regular Fox Cities enforcement hours: Parking regulations will be enforced weekdays during the regular semesters. Schedule of enforceable hours: Regular enforcement hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Event hours (no enforcement), 4:00 pm – midnight. Overnight patrol may be administered especially during winter weather months.

Research Specialist Oshkosh Campus
This position is for technical support of a parasite life cycle involving mosquitoes and rodents for the NIH/NIAID Filariasis Research Reagent Resource Center (FR#) (www.filariasiscenter.org). The successful applicant will conduct technical and surgical manipulations used for life cycle propagation, technique optimization related to arthropod rearing and rodent infection, and animal care and use documentation. This person will provide support for ordering and tracking shipments and optimizing parasite recovery from both hosts.
Lecturer Oshkosh Campus
The Management and Human Resources Department of the College of Business, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh anticipates hiring a full-time lecturer effective September 1, 2020. The primary teaching responsibilities would be in the area of human resource management for the undergraduate and graduate programs. Teaching is the primary mission of UW Oshkosh. Full-time lecturers must maintain professional qualifications necessary for accreditation. Full-time lecturers are expected to participate in service activities for the department and college (e.g., advising student clubs, curriculum development, etc.).
Associate Academic Librarian Fond Du Lac Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Libraries is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated librarian to coordinate the operations of the UWO Fond du Lac campus Library. This position oversees the day-to-day operational services of the library, serves as a liaison to academic disciplines, provides instructional and research support, and other library services. This person will provide reference and instruction in a broad range of subjects, develop and curate the library collections, and develop promotional programs for the library. This position’s working hours varies with the academic calendar. This is an 80% time position, working 90% during the academic year and 50% during the summer. Typical work hours during the academic year are Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Typical work hours during the summer are 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 pm.m Monday – Thursday. The UWO Fond du Lac library has a staff of one professional librarian, one library services assistant, and student workers. The book collection consists of 23,645 volumes. Financial Specialist Oshkosh Campus
Under general supervision of the Controller the incumbent in this position performs Accounts Payable duties within the Financial Services unit of the Division of Administrative Services. This position is responsible for pre-auditing and processing for payment, accounts payable documentation related to direct payment requests, payment to individual reports, speaker and entertainment contracts, purchase orders, and meal requisitions. The incumbent participates in the maintenance automated financial record keeping systems. The incumbent is responsible for responding to inquiries from University administrators, faculty and staff members, and from external stakeholders, responses that require knowledge of the financial and administrative procedures and policies of the University, UW System, State and Federal agencies. The incumbent may provide department staff training, and also trains limited term employees, project appointments and student employees. The incumbent reports directly to the Controller.
Administrative Specialist Oshkosh Campus
Reporting directly to the CCDET Co-Directors, this position provides programmatic and high-level administrative support to CCDET. The person in this position works closely with the CCDET Co-Directors to coordinate complex and diversified projects. Teamwork, critical thinking and flexibility are required. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise excellent judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Under limited supervision, the Administrative Specialist will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work effectively under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Associate Facilities Planning Specialist Oshkosh Campus
UW Oshkosh Facilities Planning and Construction department is looking for a candidate responsible for assisting with space management planning activities and office space design; designing and overseeing complex interior improvement projects; reviewing design and construction activities; and developing specifications for procurement of furniture. A sucessfule candidate will act as UW Oshkosh project manager for the design and construction of renovations, remodeling and new construction by directing the work of project architects/engineers, building construction representatives and campus staff to assure that the project is completed in accordance with approved programs, schedules and budgets; or review plans for compliance with building codes; and recommend and approve finish material selection. Develop, select, specify, requisition and oversee furniture, ergonomic equipment and finishes for all space on campus.

This position is responsible for interior and exterior building and equipment maintenance, roof maintenance, welding, metal work and fabrication. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will function as a member of the Facilities Management Maintenance team, providing customer service and relations to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors and co-workers, other departments and University staff. This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday) on nights, weekends. This position will require a criminal background investigation. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position.
