Undergraduate Office Support Oshkosh Campus
The Undergraduate Program Support team member is a vital role in the College of Business. This team member serves as the main point of contact for the Undergraduate Office in the College of Business by fielding questions via phone, email and in person. Additionally, the person in this position works closely with several College of Business staff members to provide excellent customer service to students and ensure efficient operating of the office. Throughout the year, this team member has the opportunity to help with a variety of tasks and collaborate with several university units.
University Compliance Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The University Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for primarily administering and coordinating efforts around Clery Compliance. This position will serve as an expert for Clery and resource for other compliance-related questions. As institutional priorities change, this position would assist in prioritizing compliance obligations, analyzing compliance data, and coordinating compliance committees and educational presentations. This position will also assist the Director of Sponsored Programs and Risk and Safety with developing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management program for the University which encompasses Clery and compliance for the Institution. The University Compliance Coordinator must embrace a changing environment in higher education and promote a culture of integrity and awareness of risk and opportunity.

Maintenance Mechanic Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of University buildings, HVAC equipment and cooling towers. Additional duties include maintenance of swimming pool, food service equipment, and laundry equipment. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle, upon appointment. This position will function as a member of the Facilities Management Maintenance team (plumbers, steamfitters, electricians, HVAC mechanics, and facilities maintenance specialists) providing customer service and relations to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors and co-workers, other departments, and University staff. This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday) and after-hour call-ins. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position.
Biogas Plant Operator and Research Assistant Oshkosh Campus
The position functions as a digester operator and research staff member for the UW Oshkosh Biogas Program and reports to the Director of the Biogas Program. This position will support operations as well as other key sustainability and educational initiatives as they relate to the Biogas Program. This position will primarily be responsible for day-to-day functions that are necessary to keep operations moving forward. It will also support research initiatives set forth by the Biogas Program Director to meet the strategic priorities set forth by campus per the Strategic Plan.
Lecturer and Scenic Designer Oshkosh Campus
The Theatre Department of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Oshkosh campus seeks a candidate to be a Lecturer and Scenic Designer for an academic program with a production season of four main stage productions plus occasional additional smaller student projects. This position’s responsibilities are split between teaching courses for the department and scenic design and painting for productions as part of an undergraduate liberal arts BA/BS theatre program. This position reports to the Chair of the Theatre Department within the Division of Fine and Performing Arts in the College of Letters and Sciences.

Plumber Oshkosh Campus
The Journey/Master Plumber position provides plumbing service to the entire University community – repair, preventive maintenance and modification to existing fixtures and systems; installation of new equipment and systems. Must be a licensed Journey Plumber or licensed Master Plumber by the State of Wisconsin. A Journey level plumber will be required to secure a Master’s license within one year of appointment. A WI driver’s license is required and must be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will function as a member of the Facilities Management Maintenance team providing customer service to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community. Steamfitter Oshkosh Campus
This journey-level Steamfitter position provides steam and building controls service to the entire University community – install, repair, maintain and remodel steam distribution and condensate return systems (including high and low-pressure piping, reducing stations, valves, operators, traps, strainers); troubleshoot, repair, and replace all natural gas and propane systems; perform gas and arc welding, high temperature brazing, silver soldering and low temperature soft soldering applications; install, repair, maintain and remodel heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning equipment; will use the Johnson Controls Metasys system to monitor, test, analyze data, adjust, repair, and install heating, ventilating, air conditioning, components and systems. Must be a licensed journey-level steamfitter by the State of Wisconsin or claim work experience equivalent to that required for successful completion of an apprenticeship (8000 hours). Upon appointment must be certified to weld black iron pipe using 6010 and 7018. Possession of a Wisconsin and Federal license for handling refrigerant (the Federal license must be one of a universal classification) is required within one year of appointment. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a university vehicle. Student Health Nurse Oshkosh Campus
Provides professional nursing services for the student body which includes direct and indirect patient care. Utilizing advanced assessment skills and nursing protocols the Student Health Nurse will provide direct care for minor acute illnesses, triage and supervision of clinical staff and patient schedules to maximize clinic efficiency. The Student Health Nurse will take an active leadership role with student programming, orientation for freshman students, providing guest lectures and public speaking for outreach events. Associate Vice Chancellor for Inclusive Excellence and Chief Diversity Officer Oshkosh Campus
UW Oshkosh seeks a dynamic, visionary, and collaborative leader to serve as its Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) for Inclusive Excellence (IE) and Chief Diversity Officer (CDO). The successful candidate will have a proven record of leading equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) efforts resulting in transformational change across a university setting. They will develop and implement equitable and inclusive strategies to advance UW Oshkosh’s commitment to IE as outlined in its mission and strategic plan. Reporting to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the incumbent provides a vision on EDI and implements it through broad-based leadership and collaboration. This individual advises the Chancellor, Provost, Deans, and senior leadership in the integration of equitable and inclusive policies, practices and services; collaborates with Human Resources and Student Affairs to make IE central to the University; and inspires and motivates staff, faculty, and students at all three UW Oshkosh campuses to reach EDI. The AVC of IE and CDO will serve on the Chancellor’s Cabinet. They will provide leadership for and administration of the Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence (ASIE). The incumbent will have experience working with programs, centers, and/or initiatives that grow student leaders; address issues of social justice; and create a climate of equity and inclusion. They will ensure the effectiveness of the strategic plan for EDI through development of strategic and communication plans; administration of centers, programs, and trainings dedicated to increasing the retention and success of underrepresented students and students marginalized from the University; education of students, staff and faculty on best practices in EDI; assessment of programs, initiatives, and campus climate; and supervision of Division employees. They will also develop and manage budgets, develop budget proposals, and apply for grants and external program support.
Internship Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
This position will work primarily to coordinate the internship program within the College of Business as well as work with programmatic activities in the College and University. This position also serves as a vital connector between the College of Business and other units within the University. Additionally, this position works with regional, domestic and international partners to create, stengthen and enhance internship opportunities. This position requires occasional work during evening and weekend hours and some travel.
Clinic Office Manager Oshkosh Campus
The Administrative Specialist is primarily responsible for Student Health Services. In addition to the financial program support duties, the Administrative Specialist (AS) coordinates the front desk/reception and medical record functions, and participates in various Student Health Center committee/work groups. This position is also assists in the staffing (recruitment, hiring) and training of administrative staff. As part of the Administrative team, the AS provides direct service via front desk coverage, answering phones and web mail to insure adequate patient service.
Technical Theatre Manager Fox Cities Campus
Working closely with and reporting directly to the UW Oshkosh Fox Cities’ Director of Theatre, the Technical Theatre Manager plans and carries out the effective stage implementation of UWO Fox Cities theatre events and provides technical resources to users of the theatres and equipment.
Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor-Special & EC Education Oshkosh Campus
Responsibilities include teaching traditional, hybrid, and distance education formats at the undergraduate and graduate level in a Cross-categorical Special Education and Early Childhood Special Education Program. Other professional responsibilities include supervision of related field experiences, co-teaching Master level research and thesis courses, research, professional development, scholarly activities, service, and student advising.
Academic Department Associate Oshkosh Campus
Provide administrative support for the Computer Science Department and Physics and Astronomy Department. Work in collaboration with department chairs and faculty performing various responsibilities in support of departmental programs and sets priorities to assure deadlines are met.
Key Office Operations Associate Oshkosh Campus
Provide program assistance and administrative support for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Key and Card Access Control Systems. Position requires confidentiality regarding employee information and key/lock security. The following tasks are performed under general supervision, requiring independent decision-making. Hours of work: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility for Facilities Management office hours coverage.
ArtsCore Program Associate Oshkosh Campus

Instrumentation Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Instrumentation Specialist provides high-tech support for all technical aspects of simulation operations, including preparation, maintenance and repair of computerized simulators (software and hardware), task trainers and related multimedia peripherals. The Instrumentation Specialist is a direct report to the Dean of the College of Nursing and maintains a dotted line report with campus Information Technology to ensure close communication and coordination.
Purchasing Agent Oshkosh Campus
This position reports to the Director of Purchasing within the Office of Finance and Administration and has daily contact with university services staff, faculty, academic staff and administrators. An individual in this role must be self-motivated, demonstrate the ability to quickly obtain working knowledge of State of Wisconsin, UW-System and university policies and procedures. The individual must display professional communication skills and function independently with moderate supervision.
