Compliance and Title IX Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (UWO) seeks a dynamic and innovative candidate to serve as the Compliance and Title IX Coordinator. The successful candidate serves as the institutional compliance officer for Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; develops institution-wide policies, maintains compliance data and oversees the compliance program and affiliated staff; develops and delivers training, monitors institutional risk, and communicates risk and remediation strategies to leadership to ensure compliance with institutional policies and/or laws and regulations. The duties of the Compliance and Title IX Coordinator will be guided by the principles of trauma-informed care.
Dean's Assistant Oshkosh Campus
Provides general administrative support, while exercising discretion, to the administrator of a department or division of the institution or to the administrator of multiple institution programs, services, and activities. This position provides administrative support to the Dean in the management of the Dean’s Office, Human Resources liaison, external relations activities, and governance committee activities related to the College of Business.
Counselor Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses

Academic Advisor Oshkosh Campus
The Undergraduate Advising Resource Center is looking for individuals who desire to work with a diverse population of college students, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced and changing work environment. The professional academic advisor is responsible for providing expert academic advising to undergraduate students. The person is expected to assume an active, positive, creative and collaborative role in providing advising as part of the Undergraduate Advising Resource Center (UARC) professional advising staff.
AV Installation Specialist (2 Openings) Oshkosh and Fond du Lac Campuses
Designs, installs, and implements large, highly complex, and non-routine audio-visual (AV) hardware, software, and associated classroom technologies. Leads the preparation of classroom facilities with proper technology equipment to ensure proper functionality and security according to business needs.
Network Engineer Level III Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
This position is in the Infrastructure team and reports to a team lead deploying and maintaining wired and wireless network infrastructure. Work assignments require knowledge of network technologies, operating systems, configurations and tools as well as understanding of network protocols. Evaluation and design skills are required for creating and maintaining a high-performing, stable, and secure wireless network infrastructure that will accommodate emerging technologies. Responsibilities for the individual in this position include planning, and implementation of network technologies. The systems include commodity and specialized hardware, software, and security systems. In addition, exceptional communication skills, both oral and written are essential, as the incumbent in this position must possess the ability to determine and understand institutional and user needs and to relate those needs in the form of network deployment, performance, or programming specifications. A majority of the position’s work can be completed remotely, but will require an on site presence at all facilities (in Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, and Fox Cities) as necessary. This individual works with only general guidance and supervision, demonstrating a high degree of mastery, reliably and consistently in a variety of complex situations. The individual must be able to synthesize multidimensional knowledge of a wide range of tools, protocols, and platforms; analyze and solve new and complex problems; and design solutions under general oversight. The person in this position will be expected to answer questions for others with less experience.
Locksmith Oshkosh Campus
Installs and maintains locks and control systems to ensure the safety and security of students and employees. Maintains and updates computerized key and lock records to ensure availability of up-to-date facility security information. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.
HVAC Mechanic Oshkosh Campus
Installs, maintains, and repairs environmental control or refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment within an assigned facility. May direct the work of other staff performing routine maintenance and repair functions.
Mathematics Lecturer Fox Cities and Fond du Lac Campuses
The Department of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for several part- or full-time instructors to teach a variety of developmental and general education mathematics courses on the Fox Cities and/or Fond du Lac campuses. Instructors will be assigned 6-15 hours per week of in-person and/or synchronous online instruction, with average class sizes of under 30 students. This position carries with it the strong possibility of rehire following satisfactory performance in the first year. The Fox Valley is a lovely region of east-central Wisconsin, situated only an hour away from the beautiful Door County peninsula and only 90 minutes from Milwaukee and Madison. Fond du Lac is an exciting mid-size city at the foot of Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin’s largest inland lake and is just an hour from Milwaukee and Madison. The two campuses are situated just 40 miles from one another, and both communities are affordable and family-friendly. New instructors can expect to be welcomed and quickly integrated into an energetic, inclusive, multi-campus department of diverse faculty and staff who are dedicated to our teaching and our students, and a small interdisciplinary campus community with a shared focus on the first- and second-year student experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A master’s degree in mathematics (or a master's degree in any field with at least 18 credits of graduate mathematics), and a minimum of one year of experience teaching mathematics at the developmental and/or general education level. (Experience teaching in either a college or high school setting satisfies this requirement.) Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to teach effectively in multiple modalities, a commitment to cultivating equitable and inclusive learning environments centered around active learning and innovative pedagogy, particularly in developmental mathematics classes.
Welcome Center Manager and University Special Event Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
This position serves as the primary venue manager for the Culver Family Welcome Center (CFWC) and the coordinator for weddings, social and corporate events held at the venue. Responsibilities include scheduling site visits, creating contracts and space diagrams and managing all details and event logistics. As part of the CFWC team, this position also oversees all of the hiring and supervision of the student operations team and building managers. Additional responsibilities include overseeing building operations functions including managing financial procedures, along with billing and conference center maintenance and purchasing. In addition, this position manages, plans and organizes specific major University special events, including but not limited to Midyear and Spring Commencement ceremonies and the Opening Day Convocation. Event management includes controlling event information flow, basic marketing and web updates, planning and managing logistics, schedules and timelines, recruiting, hiring and management of all employees, volunteers and event participants and providing onsite event coordination.
Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
This Administrative Assistant II position will be split between two UW Oshkosh departments. This position will spend 50% of time working with each the Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training and the Biogas Departments. The Administrative Assistant II position requires a high degree of accuracy, excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Student Success Navigator Oshkosh Campus
This position will help prospective students explore their online degree options at UWO. They will serve as a first point-of-contact for academic inquiries, and provide students with online program information. The position will also assist students in navigating the application, admission and enrollment processes. They will connect students to campus resources and important information in the first year as an online student. In conjunction with admissions, financial aid, and advising units this position will support retention efforts for new UWO students. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of non-traditional and adult student experiences, and be able to acknowledge the unique set of obstacles these students face.
Central Office Manager Oshkosh Campus
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Resident Life, Housing Operations, the Central Office Manager for the Department of Residence Life at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is responsible for the supervision and oversight of all activities related to the department’s central office. This position also preforms or assists with special duties and projects throughout the year and during the summer as needed. The qualified candidate will work both independently and as a team member to ensure a wide range of deadlines are met. Strong communication, organization, and priority serves as a department and campus resource. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours may be adjusted during academic break periods. Additional hours will be required during Labor Day weekend and may also be required for opening of Spring semester.
Student Success Navigator Oshkosh Campus
The successful candidate will be a member of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh enrollment management team.  The position will serve as a university ambassador and liaison with prospective students, parents/families, and a main point of contact for students during their first year at UWO.  A focus of this position will be to provide prospective students with seamless and positive enrollment experience, in addition to facilitating proactive outreach and support to retain students at the university.
Coordinator for Special Programs & Desk Services Oshkosh Campus
The Coordinator will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of departmental openings and closings. Under the direction of the Associate Director of Residence Life - Housing Operations, the Coordinator will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to provide superior service to students, staff, families, and the greater university community. They must coordinate an effective and efficient operation of Main Desk Services. The Coordinator must be committed to the development of an open and welcoming environment, where students, staff, and community members feel safe, respected, and valued. They will serve as a member of the department’s Leadership Team, participating actively in strategic planning, budget development and policy creation.
Associate Bursar Oshkosh Campus
Conducts daily student financial, accounts receivable, and electronic payment operations and consultations to support the efficient processing of student accounts, accounts receivable, and electronic payment processing. Develops and delivers recommendations for policies and processes and represents the Bursar in their absence or at their discretion.
Police Sergeant Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for all aspects involved in the supervision of patrol officers. The Police Sergeant conducts daily briefings, schedules work, participates in and oversees the activities of officers, organizes employee training, trains and evaluates police officers, creates schedules and approves payroll for employees, and oversees the overall operations of the Community Service Officer (student employee) Program. The Police Sergeant must frequently perform the same tasks as subordinates. During the University’s non-business hours, the Police Sergeant is often the highest ranking law enforcement official on campus and is expected to make most decisions without consulting a higher authority. This position is under the general supervision of a Police Lieutenant.
Associate Dean of Social Sciences (Internal Search) Oshkosh Campus
The College of Letters and Science is searching for an Associate Dean to join its administrative staff. The Associate Dean will assist the Dean in providing leadership and guidance for departments and programs in the College, working closely with those in the Social Science division. This is an internal UWO search.
Custodian Lead (2 Positions) Oshkosh Campus
The Custodian Lead reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and is responsible for guiding custodial staff (permanent, temporary and student) in the performance of cleaning services, in addition to performing regular cleaning tasks. The incumbent must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills when working with students, custodians, staff and supervisors; be physically able to perform custodial duties according to department standards; have the ability to assign and review work; have the ability to operate custodial cleaning equipment according to instructions; and follow all safety rules and report safety violations to a supervisor. The employee may come in contact with blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment; will drive a university fleet vehicle (van, passenger van or box truck) to deliver equipment and supplies; must successfully complete a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Hours of work are Sunday-Thursday 10pm to 6am and every other weekend
Sales Program Administrator Oshkosh Campus
Reporting to the Chair of the Department of Marketing, the Sales Program Administrator has responsibility for managing the program, the relationships with the partners, and the operational aspects of the Program to ensure the finest learning experience and career success of Sales students and the long-term growth and financial viability of the Program. The Sales Program Administrator will work closely with professors and corporate partners.
