A1. Continued development and implementation of the assessment that is distributed to students that identifies areas of challenges to success and retention of students.
A2. Work with campus entities to distribute the assessment in an appropriate and timely manner.

A5. Work closely with the Center for Academic and Inclusive Excellence to assist in development of strategies to support underrepresented student personal challenges to academic success and retention.

B. Coordinate and implement the Academic Check Up, Career Exploration, and Student Success Coaching programs
