Athletic Trainer Oshkosh Campus
The Athletic Trainer provides comprehensive healthcare services for UW Oshkosh student-athletes, specifically supporting the football, men’s and women’s wrestling, and men’s track teams. This role includes injury prevention, clinical evaluation, emergency care, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, all in collaboration with medical professionals and athletic staff. The Athletic Trainer also plays an active role in education, communication, and the implementation of health and safety protocols while providing a positive and respectful clinical environment for all athletes.

Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator II Oshkosh Campus
The Admissions Advisor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh plays a pivotal role in undergraduate recruitment. This position is responsible for executing strategic outreach initiatives designed to attract, engage, and enroll a talented student body that reflects the breadth of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds found across Wisconsin and beyond. Advisors are expected to actively foster access and opportunity for all students, including those from historically underserved or underrepresented communities. The Advisor will build relationships with prospective students and their families, represent UW Oshkosh at events on and off campus, and support institutional enrollment goals through personalized counseling, data-informed outreach, and collaborative planning.
Administrative Specialist Oshkosh Campus
Reporting to the Divisional Business Officer of Academic Affairs, the Unit Business Officer serves at the college or administrative unit level. The position completes a variety of financial management, budget development, and human resources functions for the college or unit. The position works closely with the Dean in service to the college to support strategic initiatives and provide routine financial analyses and budget status reports. This position will be assigned to the College of Nursing, Health Professions, and STEM. Unit Business Officers, while reporting through Finance & Administration, are integral embedded members of their assigned college/unit. Hybrid remote work may be available after the successful completion of the initial training period. Please note that the remote work policy is subject to change at the discretion of the department or university. Universities of Wisconsin also offers an extremely competitive benefits package that includes: • Health plans, currently starting at $42 per month. • Vacation starting at 176 hours per year (prorated for start date). • 36 hours of personal holiday, and 9 legal holidays (prorated for start date). • 176 Hours of sick leave for first 18 months. After this period, employees can earn up to 96 hours per fiscal year. Accumulates without limit and does not expire. • Paid parental leave after six months of continuous employment. • Wisconsin Retirement System (pension) with 6.95% employer contribution for 2025. Economics Teaching Assistant Professor The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh School of Business seeks a dynamic individual to join our Economics instructional team as a full-time Teaching Assistant Professor effective August 21, 2025. Teaching Assistant Professors facilitate classroom and online courses, as well as grade assessments, to ensure quality delivery of instruction and integration of content within the School of Business. Courses are primarily in-person at the university’s campus located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. However, some courses may be in the online asynchronous modality. The individual will also be expected to advise and mentor students and participate in university service commensurate with the position. Outstanding teaching is expected.
Institutional Policy Analyst I Oshkosh Campus

The Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Office, a unit within the division of Academic Affairs, is hiring for an Institutional Policy Analyst II (Working Title: Institutional Data Administrator). This position will report directly to the Director of Institutional Effectiveness. IE is a small, hard-working team committed to advancing research, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making at UW Oshkosh. We support academic initiatives deemed priority or important by the Provost and the leaders in Academic Affairs. This position is an in-office work assignment. Position may be eligible for a hybrid work assignment from a Wisconsin-based location, with prior supervisor approval.
Financial Specialist III Oshkosh Campus
Under general supervision of the Controller, the incumbent in this position performs Accounts Payable duties within the Financial Services unit of the Division of Administrative Services. This position is responsible for: pre-auditing and processing payment, accounts payable documentation related to direct payment requests, payment to individual reports, speaker and entertainment contracts, purchase orders, and meal requisitions. The incumbent participates in the maintenance automated financial record keeping systems. The incumbent is responsible for responding to inquiries from university administrators, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. These responses require knowledge of the financial and administrative procedures and policies of the University, the UW System, and relevant State and Federal agencies. The incumbent may provide department staff training, and trains limited term employees, project appointments and student employees. The incumbent reports directly to the Controller. Assistant or Associate Professor of Management Oshkosh Campus
The Management & Human Resources Department in the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business is looking for an assistant or associate professor of management to start in August 2025. The primary teaching responsibilities would be in management for the undergraduate and graduate programs.
