Assistant Professor Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, seeks a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor for the Criminal Justice program starting Fall 2025. Candidates should be able to teach both on-campus and online courses in at least two of the following areas: “criminal law” or “crime scene documentation and forensics” or “juvenile delinquency and juvenile justice.” The ability to teach courses involving historically marginalized members of society in relation to criminal justice, as well as develop and teach upper-division courses in the candidate’s area of expertise, is desired.
Assistant Professor Oshkosh Campus
This tenure track position in the biology program, one of the largest and fastest growing programs on campus, offers an excellent balance between teaching, research, service, and excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can teach courses in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics and introductory biology as well as an elective course in their area of expertise (e.g., cell signaling, development, molecular evolution). This individual will play a key role in helping us serve our large and growing population of pre-health and general biology students. We are looking for an individual who has a background in cell and molecular biology and/or its applications in any kind of genetics who will complement the expertise we already have among our faculty, and who is collaborative and collegial. In addition, we are looking for someone who will develop a research program, advise students, involve both undergraduate and graduate students in research, and participate in the governance of the department. Cook Fox Cities Campus
Enjoy cooking?!?! You will prepare and help serve breakfast, lunch and snacks for children between the ages of 6mo-6 years enrolled in our child care center. Plans weekly menus, develops shopping lists, calculates amounts of food and keeps daily production records. Organizes and cleans kitchen according to health department standards. Maintain nutritional requirements as identified by CACFP.
Academic Program Manager Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for (a) oversight and management of the School of Education and Human Service (SOEHS) assessment practices and (b) overall administration of the SOEHS Professional Education Program. (A) This position advises SOEHS administration on policy recommendations regarding assessment and provides support for faculty and staff in developing, maintaining, and improving upon SOEHS data collection practices. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal data requirements, ensuring information and analytic support is provided to facilitate accreditation and assessment, strategic planning, and other policy making. (B) This position requires maintaining all licensure areas of the Professional Education Program in accordance with the adopted mission and goals of the School, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Chapter PI34 Teacher Education Program Approval and Licenses, and guidelines provided by federal agencies and pertinent federal and state law. This position is responsible for selecting, implementing, and managing strategies and initiatives to achieve the program’s objectives, particularly as to initial licensure and subject to School curriculum governance.
