Registered Nurse Oshkosh Campus
Seeking a highly motived registered nurse to provide professional nursing care to students at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh through assessment, planning, evaluation, and intervention to ensure physical and mental well-being. Utilizing advanced assessment skills and nursing protocols, the registered nurse will provide direct care for minor acute illnesses, via in person and phone triage, and manage clinic schedules to maximize clinic efficiency. The registered nurse will take an active leadership role with supervising student staff, assist with freshman student orientation, provide guest lectures, and participate in outreach events. Must be able to perform clinical job responsibilities independently with direct supervision guidance and consultation by licensed, board-certified providers.
Construction Project Manager Oshkosh Campus
Oversees a building project from start to finish. Performs day-to-day construction phase management. Promotes completion of non-capital and capital projects by developing, monitoring, and managing project requirements. Reports to and receives guidance from construction leadership.
Academic Advisor Oshkosh Campus
Serve as an Academic Advisor to approximately 80 student members of the UW Oshkosh Student Support Services (SSS) program. The program offers advising and academic support services for first-generation college students and students whose limited family income meets federally established assistance guidelines. Student Support Services (SSS) is one of the U.S. Department of Education funded TRIO programs intended to provide opportunities for academic development, to assist students in achieving their educational goals, and to motivate students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education.
Family Resource Specialist Head Start Oshkosh Site
Come join our team as a Family Resource Specialist in Oshkosh! Head Start desires to hire a CREATIVE, TASK-DRIVEN, ORGANIZED and FUN individual to join our team of professionals! This individual will desire to work with families of preschool aged children and strive to strengthen the relationship between our families and Head Start. Our Family Resource Specialists generally work 40 hours per week, for 44 weeks, between early August and the first week in June, which makes the FTE for this position .846. The actual salary at the .846 FTE will equal $34,584-$37,488 Staff wellness is a priority at Head Start! We offer individual/group reflective practice, Practice Based Coaching and many wellness incentives. This position qualifies for a $600.00 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Additionally, Head Start staff will be receiving extra payments throughout this school year, these payments are made possible by the Child Care Counts program of Wisconsin, which will continue through June of 2025!
Music Events Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking candidates to serve as Events Coordinator for the School of Media, Arts & Communication. This includes events for the UWO Athletic Band Program (Titan Thunder Marching Band and Bolt Pep Band) and School in general. Candidates would plan, schedule, document, and supports service delivery for events using established policies and procedures to meet customer needs and ensure event compliance with institutional policy.

Shipping & Mailing Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
Coordinates and executes shipping and mail services for a unit including inventory management and distribution, mail and package receipt and delivery, and shipping and/or delivery of packages. Must be able to lift packages up to 75 pounds to load and unload a truck, as well as deliver the packages to their location on campus. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.
Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
The successful candidate will be a member of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh undergraduate Admissions team. This position coordinates and manages the office reception area, responds to phone and email inquiries, utilizes technology to track student records, and maintains exceptional customer service for all guests and visitors to the Admissions Office.
Police Dispatcher Oshkosh Campus
The UWOPD Dispatcher position evaluates and acts upon information and knowledge regarding safety, law enforcement and the University in general. This position is responsible for communication via radio, Mobile Data Computer (MDC) terminal, telephone, written correspondence, computer programs and chatting and in-person conversation & customer service. This position coordinates emergency and non-emergency communication between the UW Oshkosh Police Department and other campus departments, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, emergency medical units and other agencies. This position is also responsible for monitoring alarm panels, numerous radio frequencies, and acts as the after-hours emergency contact for the campus community. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining the computerized police record keeping system, ensuring accuracy in all entries, providing dispatch training to all dispatchers and officers, and ensuring security measures are being met with regards to confidential information and record retention.

Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Cyber Intelligence Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business invites applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant, associate, or full professor faculty role in Information Systems - Cyber Intelligence. This position will begin in August 2024, teach cybersecurity and information systems related courses and support the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence operations and industry related activities. Programs in the Information Systems discipline are AACSB accredited and include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, postgraduate analytics certificates, and undergraduate majors in Information Systems and Applied Computing and a minor and certificate in Cybersecurity. Information Systems faculty are an integral component of the newly formed School of Informatics which embraces the art, science, and business of digital information in all its business informatics analysis and management aspects: procurement, processing, protection, presentation, and promotion. The School of Informatics is also actively engaged in the region through the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, Digital Marketing Clinic, and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
