Position Summary: |
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh School of Business seeks a dynamic individual to join our instructional team as a full-time Teaching Assistant Professor effective August 21, 2025. The UW Oshkosh School of Business is AACSB accredited at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to 1500 undergraduate business students, we have approximately 200 MBA students. Bounded by lakes, rivers and forests, Oshkosh is within driving distance from Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. The School of Business values and respects diversity in our classrooms, workplace, associations, and relationships. Teaching is the primary mission of UW Oshkosh. Teaching Assistant Professors facilitate classroom, online, and/or laboratory instruction to ensure quality delivery of instruction and integration of content within the School of Business. They provide for-credit instruction in formats such as classroom, online and/or laboratory settings, including grading and serve as an instructor of record. The primary teaching responsibilities will be in the area of economics for the undergraduate program with opportunities to teach in other areas of the School of Business based on candidate qualifications and experience. Full-time Teaching Assistant Professors must maintain the professional qualifications necessary for accreditation and are expected to participate in some service activities for the school and college (e.g., advising student clubs, curriculum development, etc.).
