Cataloging and Acquisitions Assistant Oshkosh Campus
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh - Polk Library is searching for a motivated Cataloging and Acquisitions Assistant/Library Assistant III interested in becoming part of our team. This is a technical services position responsible for acquisitions, cataloging and processing of physical library materials for the libraries on three campuses. This position orders books and media, processes invoices, catalogs material and prepares them for shelving and use. This position also handles withdrawing material from the collections, and other responsibilities as assigned. This is a .75 FTE working Monday through Friday, six hours per day. Working hours are at Polk Library on the Oshkosh campus. This position functions under the general supervision of the Head of Collections and Technical Services.

Administrative Assistant to the UWO Athletic Bands Program Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking candidates to serve as the primary administrative assistant for the UWO Athletic Band Program (Titan Thunder Marching Band and Bolt Pep Band). This position supports the Director of Athletic Bands in all business services, with emphasis in finances, logistics and operation support for the UWO Athletic Bands.
Student Support Services TRIO Academic Advisor Oshkosh Campus
Serve as the Academic Advisor to a caseload of approximately 80 students who are members of the UW Oshkosh Student Support Services (SSS) program. The SSS program serves 300 UW Oshkosh students annually. SSS students are first-generation college (parents have not earned a baccalaureate degree) students and/or students whose family income meets federally established guidelines. Students with a documented disability may also be served by the program. The goal of SSS is to increase the college persistence and graduation rates of the students it serves. SSS is one of the U.S. Department of Education funded TRIO programs.
Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
This is a .75 FTE position that provides administrative support for the Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Working independently and in collaboration with administrators and other support staff, this position performs various responsibilities in support of the daily operation of CAPP. CAPP is the largest concurrent enrollment program in the state of Wisconsin and collaborates with participating high schools to provide academically capable students an opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school. This position is located in the COLS Dean's Office on the Oshkosh campus.
Environmental Health Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Environmental Health Specialist will work with the ERIC Lab and Vilas County Environmental Health staff to conduct environmental health inspections and well water testing throughout Vilas County, WI.  The Environmental Health Specialist  will perform environmental testing and laboratory analysis on a variety of sample matrices related to supporting the environmental health program.  The successful candidate will work with both the WI DNR TN Program and the DATCP EH contract program.  The Environmental Health Specialist  may also mentor student interns.  The FTE is being advertised as 1.0, but a reduction to 0.75 may be possible depending on the needs of the successful candidate. The position is located in Eagle River, WI.

Pre-College Services Advising Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The position reports to the PreCollege Coordinator in the Campus Center for Equity and Diversity.  The position delivers and assists with planning pre-college program activities, strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote a stable and productive relationship between the university and community. May assist with tracking and managing a pre-college program budget.
HR Generalist Oshkosh Campus
Provides human resources (HR) support to an college and/or work unit in the areas of recruitment, payroll, benefits and employment relations. This position will ensure compliance and timely and accurate HR processing in addition to strategic support as a human resources business partner. This position may assist with campus and/or work unit operational policy development.

Director of Simulation and Skills Labs Oshkosh Campus
The College of Nursing is seeking an outstanding nursing candidate as Director of the Simulation Training Center and Skills Labs. The position is responsible for coordinating, developing, implementing, and evaluating simulation learning experiences for all nursing programs. Grants Specialist (Pre-Award) Oshkosh Campus
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) provides assistance to faculty and research staff for their Pre-Award, Award and Research Compliance needs. The Pre-Award Grants Specialist will work on behalf of OSP to ensure extramural grant proposals are submitted in compliance with sponsor and UWO policies, assist faculty with funding searches, develop budgets and various proposal components, and provide training and outreach. Occasional hybrid work option will be considered.
