Position Summary: Delivers and assists with planning outreach program activities, strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and external stakeholders. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. Primary administrative support for ERIC. Responsible for tracking and reconciling program budget. Conducts ordering, invoicing, and tracking of receivables. Responsibilities

Identifies, promotes, and maintains external partnerships to support the outreach program

Schedules and secures resources and communicates logistics in support of an outreach program

Delivers outreach program content and materials to community members

Researches, develops, and facilitates outreach program content and materials

Develops and evaluates curriculum and programs and provides recommendations for improvement

Tracks and reconciles program budget. Conducts ordering, invoicing, and tracking of receivables

Primary administrative support for ERIC. Initial point of contact for external clients and community partners

Manages completion of all administrative forms and processes

Leads the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures through oversight of day-to-day activities for program staff and student and community volunteers

Qualifications  
Required:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  3. Effectively communicate using oral and written communication
  4. Willingness and ability to anticipate, identify, and adapt to change in a fast-paced working environment
  5. Ability to develop external relationships with external constituents
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee and client records appropriately
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred:
  1. Proficiency using financial management data systems, such as PeopleSoft, HRS, QuickBooks and WISER
  2. Experience using website management software
  3. Shown success collaborating with other university departments, public organizations and private entities to reach project goals
  4. Grant writing experience
  5. Experience training, mentoring and supervising employees
  6. Working knowledge of research project design and operation.
