Position Summary:

Reporting to the CRM manager, the business analyst recommends, designs, implements, troubleshoots, and maintains information systems and processes to support student enrollment and retention. This position will be permitted to work remotely if desired, with occasional meetings on the UW Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac campuses.

Responsibilities

 

20% Document, design, build and modify new and existing processes and workflows. 


20% Troubleshoot system problems. Identify and respond to issues in supported systems. Create and manage work tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues individually or as a group. 

20%  Maintain system security Regularly review vendor software release notes and understand their impact on system security, adjusting permissions and processes as needed to maintain secure environments. 

20% Create and run reports Maintain in-depth knowledge of data stored in systems in order to build and run reports for business units to assist with metric tracking and student communications. 

15% End-user training and documentation Create and deliver training and documentation to system end-users across many different business units. 

5% Other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications  
Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 3 years experience in supporting information systems and processes in a higher education environment.
Proven ability to configure information systems to meet the requirements of business processes.
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Preferred: Experience in the configuration and maintenance of EAB Navigate.
Experience in the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM.
Experience in LEAN process improvement.
Experience in end-user training.
