Program Assistant for the UWO Marching Band and UWO Athletic Bands - Establish and maintain a comprehensive model of business services, with emphasis in finances, logistics and operational support management for the Titan Thunder Marching Band and Athletic Bands, and provide additional program support as needed within the Department of Music. This position is characterized by a variety of business, fiscal and administrative duties that require knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and information systems in order to communicate and process information. The successful candidate will be personable and will productively engage others to accomplish the shared goals of the Music Department and the Titan Marching Band/Athletic Band program. Some evenings, weekends, and travel required during marching season and special events.

||At least three years of experience in a related position

Demonstrated technical skills including:
