Assistant Dean of Students Oshkosh Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Campus Life and Dean of Students, the Assistant Dean of Students is responsible for delivering services to students that promote their academic and personal development. Provides general leadership to student life. Assists in defining, interpreting and implementing goals and objectives for office and provides direct support to the Dean of Students Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, adjudication of student conduct, general student support, and the behavioral intervention team. Additionally, responsibilities include consultation on campus risk management, student advocacy and issue resolution, general administrative support, program development to increase awareness of current campus issues, diversity advocacy, and other duties as assigned.
IT Business Analyst II Oshkosh Campus
The IT Business Analyst II position reports to the Bursar and will serve as functional subject matter expert of the Oracle/PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS) and liaison between functional users in Student Financial Services and IT developers to ensure a successful transition of the SIS and other ancillary systems to the Advanced Transformation Program (ATP) implementation of Workday.
Police Dispatcher Oshkosh Campus
The UWOPD Dispatcher position evaluates and acts upon information and knowledge regarding safety, law enforcement and the University in general. This position is responsible for communication via radio, Mobile Data Computer (MDC) terminal, telephone, written correspondence, computer programs and chatting and in-person conversation & customer service. This position coordinates emergency and non-emergency communication between the UW Oshkosh Police Department and other campus departments, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, emergency medical units and other agencies. This position is also responsible for monitoring alarm panels, numerous radio frequencies, and acts as the after-hours emergency contact for the campus community. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining the computerized police record keeping system, ensuring accuracy in all entries, providing dispatch training to all dispatchers and officers, and ensuring security measures are being met with regards to confidential information and record retention.
Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Cyber Intelligence Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business invites applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant, associate, or full professor faculty role in Information Systems - Cyber Intelligence. This position will begin in August 2024, teach cybersecurity and information systems related courses and support the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence operations and industry related activities. Programs in the Information Systems discipline are AACSB accredited and include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, postgraduate analytics certificates, and undergraduate majors in Information Systems and Applied Computing and a minor and certificate in Cybersecurity. Information Systems faculty are an integral component of the newly formed School of Informatics which embraces the art, science, and business of digital information in all its business informatics analysis and management aspects: procurement, processing, protection, presentation, and promotion. The School of Informatics is also actively engaged in the region through the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, Digital Marketing Clinic, and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Head Start Education and Cook Positions- Open Pool- 5/22/2024-5/31/2025 Head Start Oshkosh & Fox Cities Sites
UW Oshkosh Head Start is a federally funded, preschool program for low-income families. We have the opportunity to work with 500 children and their families every school year. We have seven centers in five different cities throughout Winnebago, Calumet, Outagamie, and Shawano Counties.
