Head Women's Wrestling Coach Oshkosh Campus
Develop and maintain an effective and competitive intercollegiate women's wrestling program through the recruitment of quality student-athletes and successful coaching of those individuals. In the recruitment effort, the incumbent will be a representative of the total institution, with all of the factual knowledge and sensitives required by that representative.
Police Sergeant Oshkosh Campus
This position is responsible for all aspects of the supervision of patrol officers. The Police Sergeant conducts daily briefings, schedules work, participates with and oversees the activities of officers, organizes employee training, trains and evaluates police officers, creates schedules and approves payroll for employees, and oversees the overall operations of the Community Service Officer (student employee) Program. The Police Sergeant must also frequently perform the same tasks as subordinates. During the University’s non-business hours, the Police Sergeant is often the highest ranking law enforcement official on campus and is expected to make most decisions without consulting a higher authority. Institutional Policy Analyst I Oshkosh Campus

The Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Office, a unit within the division of Academic Affairs, is hiring for an Institutional Policy Analyst II (Working Title: Institutional Data Administrator). This position will report directly to the Director of Institutional Effectiveness. IE is a small, hard-working team committed to advancing research, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making at UW Oshkosh. We support academic initiatives deemed priority or important by the Provost and the leaders in Academic Affairs. This position is an in-office work assignment. Position may be eligible for a hybrid work assignment from a Wisconsin-based location, with prior supervisor approval.
Financial Specialist III Oshkosh Campus
Under general supervision of the Controller, the incumbent in this position performs Accounts Payable duties within the Financial Services unit of the Division of Administrative Services. This position is responsible for: pre-auditing and processing payment, accounts payable documentation related to direct payment requests, payment to individual reports, speaker and entertainment contracts, purchase orders, and meal requisitions. The incumbent participates in the maintenance automated financial record keeping systems. The incumbent is responsible for responding to inquiries from university administrators, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. These responses require knowledge of the financial and administrative procedures and policies of the University, the UW System, and relevant State and Federal agencies. The incumbent may provide department staff training, and trains limited term employees, project appointments and student employees. The incumbent reports directly to the Controller. Hybrid remote work may be available after the successful completion of the initial training period. Please note that the remote work policy is subject to change at the discretion of the department or university. Universities of Wisconsin also offers an extremely competitive benefits package that includes: • Health plans, currently starting at $42 per month • Vacation starting at 176 hours per year (prorated for start date). • 36 hours of personal holiday, and 9 legal holidays (prorated for start date). • 176 Hours of sick leave for first 18 months. After this period, employees can earn up to 96 hours per fiscal year. Accumulates without limit and does not expire. • Paid parental leave after six months of continuous employment. • Wisconsin Retirement System (pension) with 6.95% employer contribution for 2025. Police Officer I Oshkosh Campus
The UW Oshkosh Police Department is searching for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill our vacant Police Officer position! The Police Officer position is a sworn law enforcement position (State of WI, LESB certified) responsible for providing a full range of law enforcement services: enforce laws, investigate complaints, investigate incidents that may have an impact on the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend and arrest offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Police Officers are expected to embrace community policing philosophies, engage and partner with the community, analyze data, and problem-solve for the purpose of crime prevention. Officers are also expected to have the ability to conduct complex investigations, take photographs, collect physical evidence, prepare complete written reports of all investigations and testify regarding those reports. Police Officers must, at all times, support the department's mission by providing essential law enforcement functions, respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, dealing ethically with the public, valuing trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, justice, fairness, caring, civic virtue, and citizenship; having character, pride, and professionalism.
