Instrumentation Specialist Oshkosh Campus
The Instrumentation Specialist provides high-tech support for all technical aspects of simulation operations, including preparation, maintenance and repair of computerized simulators (software and hardware), task trainers and related multimedia peripherals. The Instrumentation Specialist is a direct report to the Dean of the College of Nursing and maintains a dotted line report with campus Information Technology to ensure close communication and coordination.
Tutor Coordinator Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond Du Lac Campuses
UW Oshkosh is seeking a Student Services Specialist to coordinate both in-person and online content tutoring services. This full time, 9 month Tutor Coordinator position is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising student tutors on all 3 UW Oshkosh campuses – Fox Cities campus in Menasha, Fond du Lac campus, and the Oshkosh campus. The Tutor Coordinator works closely with instructors as well as student tutors and will assist the staff on each campus to provide tutoring services. This position may travel to all 3 campuses with percentage of time spent on each campus determined by tutoring needs. The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work with a broad range of people, and the ability to adapt to change and support the university's mission to promote student learning.

Lecturer Oshkosh Campus
The Department of Leadership, Literacy, & Social Foundations at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a colleague to serve for one year in an Instructional Academic Staff position, for the 2020-21 academic year. The person in this position will teach undergraduate literacy courses on campus; teaching a graduate course in the MSE-Literacy program in an off-campus cohort may be possible as well. The Department of Leadership, Literacy, & Social Foundations provides undergraduate courses in literacy and social foundations for all teacher preparation programs offered by the College of Education and Human Services as well as graduate programs leading to a master’s degree, licensure as a reading teacher, reading specialist, principal, or director of instruction, a doctorate in educational leadership, and a certificate in literacy coaching. Literacy faculty members in this department are committed to local, state, and national leadership in literacy and to a vision of literacy teaching and learning that is multimodal, constructivist, and equitable.
University Services Program Associate Oshkosh Campus
The Center for Academic Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to serve as the University Services Program Associate (USPA). The USPA will have primary ongoing responsibility for student worker documentation throughout the hiring and employment process, data management, and will provide assistance with reporting of student performance and other reports as requested to support university initiatives. The USPA will assist with the daily operation of the tutoring program, maintain the department’s website, complete employment records and supervise student office assistants. The USPA will also collaborate with the Director to manage and report on the budget of the department’s various funding sources.The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work with a broad range of people, and the ability to adapt to change and support the Center’s mission to promote student learning.
Associate Environmental Health Specialist Oshkosh Campus
We are looking for an energetic person with excellent communication skills to fill an Environmental Health Technician (EHT) position with Vilas County’s public health department. The EHT will perform environmental health functions for Vilas County as part of the collaborative relationship between UWO and Vilas County. The Titan Advantage Program (TAP) in the Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized individual to serve as a Data and Student Services Specialist. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for assisting with the Titan Advantage program and data reporting. This includes analyzing and creating complex data and report sets for academic program planning and providing accurate and timely data to leadership for strategic decision-making. In addition, this position will also assist with providing ongoing academic support services to students and work with the TAP Coordinator to support the recruitment and retention of students in the program. This is a part-time position at 24 hours per week.
Business Analyst for Enrollment Management Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond Du Lac Campuses
This position reports directly to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management with the goal of streamlining and automating business processes and procedures to advance the campus recruiting goals. Work assignments are challenging and complex, requiring proficiency in a variety of enterprise application tools. The incumbent is responsible for system analysis and design functions; data analysis and delivery of reports and processes specifically for Financial Aid, Admissions, Career and Professional Development, New Student Programming, and Student Retention. Specifically, this position provides technical support for the Financial Aid Office’s delivery of Federal and State aid grants, external awards, activity guides, and workflow, Department of Education regulatory updates Lawton Grants, ACG/Smart Grants, Satisfactory Academic Progress, Work Study and Direct Lending. Technical support for the Admissions Office includes with External Test Score processing, Communication Generation, Checklist, 3C Engine, PeopleSoft Recruitment module, EPCS and internal and external reporting. This position will work within established project management frameworks and will be required to effectively communicate with a diverse user group.

Parking Enforcement Officer - Fox Cities Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
Parking Services is looking to fulfill the enforcement needs of our Fox Cities campus which has recently implemented a parking permit user fee on their campus. This halftime position will work primarily at the Fox Cities campus throughout the 14-week semester times and Oshkosh campus during non 14-week times providing enforcement and other needs. Regular Fox Cities enforcement hours: Parking regulations will be enforced weekdays during the regular semesters. Schedule of enforceable hours: Regular enforcement hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Event hours (no enforcement), 4:00 pm – midnight. Overnight patrol may be administered especially during winter weather months.
Financial Specialist Oshkosh Campus
Under general supervision of the Controller the incumbent in this position performs Accounts Payable duties within the Financial Services unit of the Division of Administrative Services. This position is responsible for pre-auditing and processing for payment, accounts payable documentation related to direct payment requests, payment to individual reports, speaker and entertainment contracts, purchase orders, and meal requisitions. The incumbent participates in the maintenance automated financial record keeping systems. The incumbent is responsible for responding to inquiries from University administrators, faculty and staff members, and from external stakeholders, responses that require knowledge of the financial and administrative procedures and policies of the University, UW System, State and Federal agencies. The incumbent may provide department staff training, and also trains limited term employees, project appointments and student employees. The incumbent reports directly to the Controller.
Administrative Specialist Oshkosh Campus
Reporting directly to the CCDET Co-Directors, this position provides programmatic and high-level administrative support to CCDET. The person in this position works closely with the CCDET Co-Directors to coordinate complex and diversified projects. Teamwork, critical thinking and flexibility are required. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise excellent judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Under limited supervision, the Administrative Specialist will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work effectively under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Associate Facilities Planning Specialist Oshkosh Campus
UW Oshkosh Facilities Planning and Construction department is looking for a candidate responsible for assisting with space management planning activities and office space design; designing and overseeing complex interior improvement projects; reviewing design and construction activities; and developing specifications for procurement of furniture. A sucessfule candidate will act as UW Oshkosh project manager for the design and construction of renovations, remodeling and new construction by directing the work of project architects/engineers, building construction representatives and campus staff to assure that the project is completed in accordance with approved programs, schedules and budgets; or review plans for compliance with building codes; and recommend and approve finish material selection. Develop, select, specify, requisition and oversee furniture, ergonomic equipment and finishes for all space on campus.
University Compliance Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The University Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for primarily administering and coordinating efforts around Clery Compliance. This position will serve as an expert for Clery and resource for other compliance-related questions. As institutional priorities change, this position would assist in prioritizing compliance obligations, analyzing compliance data, and coordinating compliance committees and educational presentations. This position will also assist the Director of Sponsored Programs and Risk and Safety with developing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management program for the University which encompasses Clery and compliance for the Institution. The University Compliance Coordinator must embrace a changing environment in higher education and promote a culture of integrity and awareness of risk and opportunity.
