Position Location
Tutor Coordinator Oshkosh Campus, Fox Cities Campus, Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
This full time, 12-month position is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising student tutors at UW Oshkosh. The Tutor Coordinator works closely with instructors as well as student tutors and will assist the staff to provide both online and in-person content tutoring services. This position will travel to additional worksite locations based on the tutoring needs of students. As of fall ’25, the position will be only on the Oshkosh campus. The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work with a broad range of people, the ability to adapt to change, and a commitment to support the university's mission to promote student learning. This position reports to the Director of the Center for Academic Resources on the Oshkosh campus. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and may include infrequent evening hours for training and observations.
Academic Program Director (B) Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
This position provides leadership, development, operational management, and academic oversight for the Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) and reports directly to the Dean of COLS. Working independently administering and managing CAPP daily activities, and as part of a team in the CAPP Office, this position sets priorities, balances various responsibilities, and interacts with on and off campus constituents, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.
Assistant or Associate Professor Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
The Department of Teaching and Learning at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The person selected for this position will teach undergraduate courses in our teacher education programs in person and online. They may also teach graduate courses in our online MSE program. In addition, this person is expected to maintain an active program of scholarly research and publication and provide service to the department, college, university, K-12 community, and the profession.
