LGBTQ+ Resource Center Student Services Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The Student Services Coordinator will oversee all operations, services, and resources of the LGBTQ+ Resource Center. This position will develop and implement programs, provide student support, and advise student organizations. The Student Services Coordinator coordinates the strategic planning, program direction, budget oversight, and student employee or student intern supervision for LGBTQIA2S+ and QTPOC programming to promote social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all students and their allies. Develop both internal and external partnerships in support of program awareness. Develops, evaluates, and implements diversity, equity, and inclusion student success programs and recruitment efforts for the unit to support underrepresented student success.

Administrative Assistant III Oshkosh Campus
Provides general administrative support, while exercising discretion, to the administrator of a department or division of the institution or to the administrator of multiple institution programs, services, and activities. This position provides administrative support to the Dean in the management of the Dean’s Office, Human Resources liaison, external relations activities, and governance committee activities related to the College of Business.
Coach Oshkosh Campus
Develop and maintain effective and competitive intercollegiate women’s golf program though recruitment of quality student-athletes and successful coaching of those individuals. In the recruitment effort, will be a representative of the total institution, with all of the factual knowledge and sensitivities required by that representative.
Groundskeeper Lead Oshkosh Campus
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in landscaping, gardening, grounds keeping, and tree pruning activities to ensure completion of grounds work assignments. May assist in planning and implementing landscaping projects. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license or ability to obtain one and be authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment.
Residence Life Manager for Conference Services Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is the only Universities of Wisconsin institution that operates a year-round residential conference center, providing short-term lodging for groups hosting special events and conferences on campus, and contract housing for Fox Valley Technical College students, interns working for local companies, and UW Oshkosh graduate students, faculty, and staff. During the summer months, Residence Life serves the lodging needs of approximately 9,000 guests through a robust summer conference program: UW Oshkosh PreCollege youth programs, UW Oshkosh Athletics-sponsored youth camps, American Legion Auxiliary Badger Girls State Government & Leadership Conference, and EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. The Residence Life Manager of Conference Services, under the supervision of the Director of Residence Life, will work closely with the UW Oshkosh Office of Events & Conference Services, community and campus partners, clients, and Residence Life staff to manage the Residence Life Conference Services operation.
Nurse Practitioner Oshkosh Campus
Provides primary medical care to students at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Demonstrates a strong interest and background in teaching and training along with the ability to provide culturally competent and sensitive medical services to a racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse population. Performs clinical job responsibilities independently with consultation available by a university contracted physician as needed. Must commit to a flexible work schedule which might include some evening and/or weekend hours throughout the academic year.
Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist Oshkosh Campus
Reporting to the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Manager who directs the UW Oshkosh College of Nursing Simulation & Skills Lab, The Simulation Operations Specialist provides operational, technical, and support for delivery of all simulation activities in the UW Oshkosh College of Nursing Simulation Center. This position collaborates with faculty, staff, and leadership and will support, design, develop, and enhance instructional activities, programs, and curriculum. The Simulation Operations Specialist will utilize effective educational methodologies and technologies to meet organizational and learning needs. Police Officer I Oshkosh Campus
The UW Oshkosh Police Department is searching for a motivated and customer oriented individual to fill our vacant Police Officer position! The Police Officer position is a sworn law enforcement position (State of WI, LESB certified) responsible for providing a full range of law enforcement services: enforce laws, investigate complaints, investigate incidents which may have an impact on the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend and arrest offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Police Officers are expected to embrace community policing philosophies, engage and partner with the community, analyze data and problem solve for the purpose of crime prevention. Officers are also expected to have the ability to conduct complex investigations, take photographs, collect physical evidence; prepare complete written reports of all investigations and testify regarding those reports. Police Officers must at all times support the department's mission, providing essential law enforcement functions, respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, deal ethically with the public, valuing trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, justice, fairness, caring, civic virtue and citizenship; having character, pride and professionalism.

Career Development Manager Oshkosh Campus
Career & Professional Development is a centralized service for all students at UW Oshkosh. This position is critical to ensure our career curriculum is infused into the student experience. Collaborating across campus with faculty and staff will be pivotal in the success of this role. This position will coordinate and deliver career development programming, resources and advise students and recent alumni. Manage all programming and outreach around the career curriculum that consists of faculty development, industry advising, and presentation tracking with assessment of each program. Strive to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive environment for students and staff. Actively engage in the unit’s mission, vision, and values to successfully meet the strategic plan. It is a 1.0 academic year contract. This position will work primarily with students and will advise in an industry(s). This position requires work in the evening and weekend hours with notice.
HVAC Mechanic Fox Cities and Fond du Lac Campuses
Under the general supervision of the UWO Fox Cities/Fond du Lac Facilities Managers, this position installs, maintains, and repairs environmental control or refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment for both campuses. May direct the work of other staff performing routine maintenance and repair functions. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a university vehicle upon appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation.
Medical Laboratory Scientist II Oshkosh Campus
The Medical Laboratory Manager oversees all laboratory operations for the Student Health Center and provides a wide variety of standard laboratory tests. This position requires independence and expertise in laboratory science, along with a commitment to maintaining certification standards and following governmental regulations which apply to laboratory practice. In partnership with the Medical Laboratory Director of Student Health Services, this position operates the clinical laboratory in the Student Health Center and facilitates the effective delivery of medical laboratory services for clinicians and all health center patients as defined for testing personnel under CLIA.
Controller Oshkosh Campus
Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, the Controller is responsible for the technical accounting functions of the university including maintaining the general ledger and chart of accounts, internal controls, accounts payable/receivable, cash management and procurement. The Controller provides day-to-day leadership of a team of financial professionals. Additionally, the Controller represents the institution on finance-related administrative matters, establishes and maintains a consultative and collaborative working relationship with institutional units, and guides the development of strategy, processes, and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance in the institution's accounting functions.
Police Dispatcher II Oshkosh Campus
The UWOPD Dispatcher position evaluates and acts upon information and knowledge regarding safety, law enforcement and the University in general. This position is responsible for communication via radio, Mobile Data Computer (MDC) terminal, telephone, written correspondence, computer programs and chatting and in-person conversation & customer service. This position coordinates emergency and non-emergency communication between the UW Oshkosh Police Department and other campus departments, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, emergency medical units and other agencies. This position is also responsible for monitoring alarm panels, numerous radio frequencies, and acts as the after-hours emergency contact for the campus community. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining the computerized police record keeping system, ensuring accuracy in all entries, providing dispatch training to all dispatchers and officers, and ensuring security measures are being met with regards to confidential information and record retention.

Administrative Assistant II Oshkosh Campus
The TRIO SSS and SSS STEM Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the director and advisors of both the traditional TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program and the Student Support Services STEM (SSS STEM) program. As one of the first points of contact with the program, the Assistant must possess excellent communication skills and contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. Specific job responsibilities include budget and office management, program communication, data and record management, TRIO SSS website and social media management, and the support and implementation of program planning and activities. The position reports directly to the SSS and SSS STEM director. The two UW Oshkosh SSS programs serve 420 first-generation, limited-income students annually. SSS and SSS STEM are TRIO programs funded through grants with the U.S. Department of Education. During the academic year and summer months, evening hours and occasional weekend hours may be required to meet recruitment and retention initiatives of the TRIO SSS STEM program.
Heating/Cooling Plant Operator I or II Oshkosh Campus
Monitors, operates, adjusts, maintains, and repairs a variety of technical equipment for the campus Heating and Cooling plants to supply the campus with critical services. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position. This position is part of the 24/7 plant coverage and may be assigned to various shifts, including a rotating schedule that includes day, nights, afternoons, and most weekends and holidays.
Admissions Counselor - Latinx/Hispanic Community Liaison Oshkosh Campus
