Enrollment Counselor Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond Du Lac Campuses
The successful candidate will be a member of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh enrollment management team. The counselor will serve as a University ambassador and liaison with prospective students, parents/families, high school staff and other community members throughout the state and region. A focus of this position will be to provide prospective students with seamless and positive enrollment experience.
Academic Department Associate Oshkosh Campus
This position serves as primary administrative and program support for the Chair and Associate Chair of the English Department, and assists the Director of Master of Arts Program as necessary. Independently and with minimum supervision, this position is responsible for scheduling Department meetings, Administrative Group meetings, the production and maintenance of class scheduling, gathering and analyzing University data for reports, acting as project manager for department and faculty development projects, managing Department of English budgets, assigning department advisors, communicating with English majors/minors as necessary, and coordinating the Department's undergraduate and graduate program reviews as needed every seven years.
Assistant Professor of Biology Oshkosh Campus

Title IX Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (UWO) seeks a dynamic candidate to serve as the Title IX Coordinator. Functioning as an oversight and monitoring role, this position serves to ensure institutional compliance through policy research, development, and management of an array of applicable legal, regulatory, and accreditation-related obligations including federal and state discrimination mandates and sexual harassment laws. Oversees all Title IX complaints in accordance with Title IX regulations. Identifies and addresses any systemic problems relating to complaints, provides campus training regarding Title IX and works with other departments to ensure Title IX policies are communicated to all constituencies. Collaborates with stakeholders across the University offices to ensure institutional compliance. The duties of the Title IX Coordinator will be guided by the principles of trauma-informed care. The Title IX Coordinator will also coordinate the university Clery Compliance Program with multiple stakeholders.
Accreditation Officer and Business Analyst Official Oshkosh Campus
The College of Business seeks an accreditation officer and business analyst to support the Dean and Associate Dean in managing AACSB accreditation by defining, planning, executing, and evaluating decision data and reporting systems for the college and for its business units (departments and centers). The person will be responsible for enhancing operations, managing critical data for internal and external stakeholders, and support project management for accreditation, assessment, and strategic planning.
Instructional Designer (College of Business) Oshkosh Campus
We are seeking a dynamic instructional designer to work with instructors in the College of Business in developing and delivering online courses. As the only AACSB accredited business school in Northeast Wisconsin, the college has a long history of delivering online education and is looking to extend the number of online offerings as well as the quality of delivery. This position will be key in achieving our strategic goals of expanding offerings to traditional and non- traditional audiences in Northeast Wisconsin and beyond. For candidates without formal instructional design qualifications, additional training will be expected and supported upon hire. Unit Business Officer Oshkosh Campus
Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services and working daily under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Online and Continuing Education as well as working under the guidance of a central budget office team member, the Unit Business Officer for the Division of Online and Continuing Education serves as an integral member of the Division of Online and Continuing Education. This position is responsible for the daily personnel, budget and financial aspects of the division operations. The incumbent will provide administrative support to assist in decision-making, planning and assessment of the division by working closely with the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Online and Continuing Education on all budget and finance aspects of the division.
Student Health Nurse Oshkosh Campus
Provides professional nursing services for the student body which includes direct and indirect patient care. Utilizing advanced assessment skills and nursing protocols the Student Health Nurse will provide direct care for minor acute illnesses, triage and supervision of clinical staff and patient schedules to maximize clinic efficiency. The Student Health Nurse will take an active leadership role with student programming, orientation for freshman students, providing guest lectures and public speaking for outreach events. Commitment to a flexible work schedule which may include some evenings and/or weekends. Ability to function independently and as a member of a team.
Outreach Specialist Oshkosh Campus
This position works in cooperation with state, partner agencies, and other contracted employees to develop and deliver training materials which educate and train W-2 workers and partner agencies about W-2 programs, policies, and procedures. This position is responsible for training program development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation. This position requires frequent travel throughout the State of Wisconsin. The office location is in Wisconsin and the person in this position will work from a home office or a from an office located at UW Oshkosh on the Oshkosh campus.
Academic Department Associate Oshkosh Campus
This is the primary administrative and clerical support position for the Chemistry Department. The qualified candidate will work independently to assure that a wide range of deadlines are met, assisting and advising the Co-chairs, faculty, staff, and students, as necessary. The position requires the use of a large variety of software packages. Normal hours of work are Monday through Friday 6 hours per day, between 7:45 am and 4:30 pm; some flexibility in scheduling is available.
Police Officer Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond Du Lac Campuses
The UW Oshkosh Police Department is searching for a motivated and customer oriented individual to fill our vacant Police Officer position! The Police Officer position is a sworn law enforcement position (State of WI, LESB certified) responsible for providing a full range of law enforcement services: enforce laws, investigate complaints, investigate incidents which may have an impact on the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend and arrest offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Police Officers are expected to embrace community policing philosophies, engage and partner with the community, analyze data and problem solve for the purpose of crime prevention. Officers are also expected to have the ability to conduct complex investigations, take photographs, collect physical evidence; prepare complete written reports of all investigations and testify regarding those reports. Police Officers must at all times support the department's mission, providing essential law enforcement functions, respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, deal ethically with the public, valuing trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, justice, fairness, caring, civic virtue and citizenship; having character, pride and professionalism.
Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor-Special & EC Education Oshkosh Campus
Responsibilities include teaching traditional, hybrid, and distance education formats at the undergraduate and graduate level in an early childhood special education and cross-categorical special education program. Other professional responsibilities include supervision of related field experiences, co-teaching graduate-level research and thesis courses, research, program development and review, professional development, service, and student advising.
Counselor, Access Campus Specialty Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond Du Lac Campuses
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applicants for a full-time, .85 FTE position as a Staff Counselor. The UWO Counseling Center is IACS-accredited and is committed to inclusive excellence and positive psychology practices. The Staff Counselor provides direct professional mental health services to the student community, including assessment/referral, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, adjunctive wellness therapies, consultation, and outreach programming. The Staff Counselor may also provide training/supervision for graduate and undergraduate interns and practicum students. The Staff Counselor will be expected to provide culturally-responsive mental health and wellness services and to demonstrate multicultural competence and interest in working with diverse populations.

Parking Enforcement Officer - Fox Cities Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
Parking Services is looking to fulfill the enforcement needs of our Fox Cities campus which has recently implemented a parking permit user fee on their campus. This halftime position will work primarily at the Fox Cities campus throughout the 14-week semester times and Oshkosh campus during non 14-week times providing enforcement and other needs. Regular Fox Cities enforcement hours: Parking regulations will be enforced weekdays during the regular semesters. Schedule of enforceable hours: Regular enforcement hours, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Event hours (no enforcement), 4:00 pm – midnight. Overnight patrol may be administered especially during winter weather months.
Associate Facilities Planning Specialist Oshkosh Campus
UW Oshkosh Facilities Planning and Construction department is looking for a candidate responsible for assisting with space management planning activities and office space design; designing and overseeing complex interior improvement projects; reviewing design and construction activities; and developing specifications for procurement of furniture. A sucessfule candidate will act as UW Oshkosh project manager for the design and construction of renovations, remodeling and new construction by directing the work of project architects/engineers, building construction representatives and campus staff to assure that the project is completed in accordance with approved programs, schedules and budgets; or review plans for compliance with building codes; and recommend and approve finish material selection. Develop, select, specify, requisition and oversee furniture, ergonomic equipment and finishes for all space on campus.
