Student Affairs Program Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The Student Organization Coordinator contributes to the overall enhancement of student organizations through processing purchasing and travel, student organization training, and onboarding student employees. Services designed to enhance student success and belonging at UWO. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive environment for University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students, faculty, and staff as well as the greater community.
Tutor Coordinator Oshkosh Campus, Fox Cities Campus, Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
This full time, 12-month position is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising student tutors at UW Oshkosh. The Tutor Coordinator works closely with instructors as well as student tutors and will assist the staff to provide both online and in-person content tutoring services. This position will travel to additional worksite locations based on the tutoring needs of students. As of fall ’25, the position will be only on the Oshkosh campus. The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work with a broad range of people, the ability to adapt to change, and a commitment to support the university's mission to promote student learning. This position reports to the Director of the Center for Academic Resources on the Oshkosh campus. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and may include infrequent evening hours for training and observations.
Student Union Director (INTERNAL UW SYSTEM SEARCH ONLY) Oshkosh Campus
Under the supervisory purview of the office of the Dean of Students, the Center for Student Engagement and Campus Life (CSECL) serves as the hub for campus engagement and student involvement experiences. The Director oversees and manages personnel, operations, policy, logistics, and strategic planning for the Center. They direct and provide strategic and administrative leadership for the Student Union and commons buildings in the areas of facilities and operations; student engagement and student organizations; and auxiliary services and partnerships. This is an internal search that will only consider current UW System employees.
ADVANCE Research Program Coordinator Oshkosh Campus, Oshkosh and Fox Cities Campuses
This full-time position will support and guide the successful coordination of the ADVANCE UWO grant funded by the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) ADVANCE program. The NSF ADVANCE program provides grants to enhance the systemic factors that support equity and inclusion and to mitigate the systemic factors that create inequities in the academic profession and workplaces. Potential for flexible work arrangements such as hybrid teleworking.
Human Resource Assistant Oshkosh Campus
This position serves as the HR Office Manager while providing administrative assistance to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources. The incumbent will be a resource to the university community and will be a primary contact for disseminating information on human resource policies, procedures, and regulations. This position will be required to work on campus during the normal business hours of 7:45am – 4:30pm.

Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Cyber Intelligence Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business invites applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant, associate, or full professor faculty role in Information Systems - Cyber Intelligence. This position will begin in August 2024, teach cybersecurity and information systems related courses and support the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence operations and industry related activities. Programs in the Information Systems discipline are AACSB accredited and include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, postgraduate analytics certificates, and undergraduate majors in Information Systems and Applied Computing and a minor and certificate in Cybersecurity. Nurse Practitioner Oshkosh Campus
Provides primary medical care to students at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Demonstrates a strong interest and background in teaching and training along with the ability to provide culturally competent and sensitive medical services to a racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse population.
