Student Life Coordinator Fox Cities Campus
The Fox Cities Student Life Coordinator has specialized responsibilities for the overall administration of student programs (clubs and organizations), student government/leadership and its related activities on the Fox Cities campus. They are the campus expert and resource for student clubs and organizations, their administration, and their budgets. This is a fixed-term renewable academic staff position appointed at a full-time equivalence (FTE) of 1.0. The regular hours for this position will be assigned within standard business hours, 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours are required.

Crisis Counselor Oshkosh, Fox Cities, and Fond du Lac Campuses
The UWO Counseling Center is looking for a Crisis Counselor to join the team. This position will have primary counseling duties and will be the lead on crisis management services. This individual will provide individual/group counseling, crisis management services, outreach, consultation, training, adjunctive services and others duties as assigned. Evidence of multicultural competence and commitment to inclusive excellence is vital.
Senior Instructional Design Consultant Oshkosh Campus
The Senior Instructional Designer works closely with faculty and instructional academic staff to assist with the development of courses, incorporating appropriate learning technologies and techniques, for both online and on-site programs including participating in all aspects of instructor development including support in course design, creation and application of multi-media elements, new and seasoned instructor coaching, course assessment, the identification of instructor development and training needs, ensuring the advancement of courses through the application of a quality assurance rubric, and will help direct online course development training for all faculty and instructional academic staff.
Early Childhood Program Assistant Head Start Oshkosh & Fox Cities Sites
The position of Early Childhood Program Assistant (ECPA) is one that will support high quality early childhood program and daily operations of Head Start center under direction of the Director of Early Childhood Education (DECE). ECPA will also work directly with assigned teachers in classrooms supporting their growth and development. Position is on an annual contract of .865 FTE with work occurring for 45 weeks (approximately last week in July through 1st week in June). Maintenance Mechanic Fond du Lac Campus
This position performs advanced mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair work of a complex nature on building systems. This position independently troubleshoots problems, diagnoses the problem, identifies alternatives, recommends the best alternative, and performs the maintenance, installation, or repair work. This position operates, performs preventative maintenance, and makes repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, air handling, boiler and other mechanical systems and equipment. Operation of the automated logic energy management system and related building systems is also a responsibility of this position. Some work on buildings and grounds maintenance and repair work associated with the upkeep and enhancement of the campus facilities may also be performed. This position requires the employee to take individual initiative and exercise independent judgement. The position also serves as a lead worker for other campus maintenance positions, student labor positions, and community service workers. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized to drive a University vehicle, upon appointment. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors and co-workers, other departments, and University staff. This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday) and after-hour call-ins. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position.
Power Plant Operator - Senior/Relief/Maintenance Oshkosh Campus
This position’s primary responsibility is to assist in the daily maintenance of the boilers and chillers and their auxiliary equipment. Secondary responsibility is relief of Operator Seniors that are in “leave” status. In maintenance capacity, this position works in conjunction with the Power Plant Operator In-Charge in the minor and major plant maintenance as needed. While in relief of Operators on leave, this position is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of Heating/Chiller equipment, records management, plant safety and security. Must pass a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform essential physical functions of the position.

Campus Sustainability Director Oshkosh Campus
The Campus Sustainability Director at UW Oshkosh will work to advance the university's broad vision for sustainability across its three campuses. The CSD is responsible for working with leadership to develop a comprehensive long-term strategy to achieve the university’s sustainability goals. The CSD will work closely with administrators, staff, faculty, and students to oversee implementation of these goals and to facilitate the incorporation of sustainable principles and practices in daily operations and activities. The CSD will be housed in the Sustainability Institute for Regional Transformations and will work closely and collaboratively with the Director of SIRT and the Director of Facilities Management. New Student Application and Records Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Admissions Office is seeking a New Student Application and Records Coordinator. This position coordinates the preparation of nearly 18,000 application records annually in an office environment that emphasizes timely customer service. There is frequent collaboration and contact with university staff, academic staff faculty, and administrators. Repeated correspondence with prospective students also occurs. The position reports to the Director of Admissions and works 40 hours per week.
Administrative Assistant Oshkosh Campus
The Administrative Assistant works within the organizational structure of the UW Oshkosh Police Department and reports directly to the Records and Communications Supervisor. This position is responsible for the overall records organization and maintenance in the UW Oshkosh Police Department. This position is also responsible for overseeing communications that flow into the police department from the general UW Oshkosh Police Department email account. This position assists in the oversight of the Body Warn camera program, Federal and State reporting requirements, open records requests and dissemination, onboarding of new department employees, and the financial transactions for UWOPD.
Medical Program Assistant Oshkosh Campus

Pre-school Teacher Fox Cities Campus
The pre-school teacher plans and carries out a daily program designed to meet the physical and developmental needs of the children between the ages of two and a half and six years in the University Children's Center. The preschool teacher reports to the Director of the university Children's Center.
Inventory Control Coordinator Oshkosh Campus
Reporting to the Facilities Management Office Manager, this position is responsible for Central Stores customer service, sales, and record keeping; purchasing and inventory control of supplies (cleaning, automotive, building, custodial, electrical, plumbing, and printing paper), warehouse responsibilities, and equipment operation. Duties include the use of an inventory control software program to record received and sold products, generate reports, determine prices, stock levels, inventory and adjustments, requisition supplies, billing, vendor contact; audit invoices, shipping documents; provide basic record keeping; perform general warehouse duties; supervise temporary and student workers; assist in warehouse planning, and selling of campus surplus property. A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is used to generate correspondence and reports; email to send and receive messages. Working knowledge of WISBuy, TMA, and VendorNet is desired. Applicant must be customer service oriented, able to work independently and as a member of the Facilities team. Must have a valid WI driver’s license and become authorized to drive a University vehicle upon appointment; must be able to obtain the forklift operator certification within six months of appointment. This position will require a criminal background investigation and pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Normal hours of work are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Financial Specialist Oshkosh Campus
This position reports to the Assistant Bursar in the Finance and Administration office. The incumbent of this position will manage the finances for the Athletic Department including purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliation, and other cash management. The incumbent will also manage the ticketing software for the Athletic Department.
Conference Services Manager Oshkosh Campus
The Conference Services Manager serves as a member of the Department of Residence Life Conference Services Management Team (Gruenhagen Conference Center) and is directly responsible for the oversight of the Experimental Aircraft Association AirVenture On Campus Lodging Program; co-leadership of the Oshkosh Placement Exchange higher education/student affairs placement conference; supervision of financial activities; personnel functions and management activities; serving as a liaison and contact with vital UW Oshkosh departments including, but not limited to: Facilities Management, Custodial Services, Parking, Dining Services, Student Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletic. This position will work closely with the management, coordination and execution of a high quality conference services operation within the Department of Residence Life on the UW Oshkosh campus, and in doing so, will build relationships with fellow university staff members and departments as well as external constituencies such as the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau; the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, and the Experimental Aircraft Association Corporate Headquarters.
Assistant/Associate Professor of Information Systems Oshkosh Campus
The Information Systems Department in the College of Business at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, to start September 1, 2021. Successful candidates will teach general IS classes for the College, IS major core classes, upper-level courses in the Information Systems major, and graduate classes in the MBA program and Master of Science in Information Technology Management program. The faculty member will also participate in the department's curriculum development efforts. Computer Print Technician Oshkosh Campus
This position is split between the departments of Document Services and Postal Services, and reports to the Manager of Postal & Document Services. The position is responsible for operating various printers, printing equipment, and print finishing machinery, as well as, serving as backup to office operations in Postal Services. This includes sorting and processing mail, and running an envelope inserter and tabber. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount in this position. This position functions under general supervision, having greater independence of action, procedural control over assigned duties and the responsibility for problem solving decisions.
Assistant Director of Bands and Director of UWO Marching Band Oshkosh Campus
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks qualified, outgoing, dynamic candidates for the position of Assistant Director of Bands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conception and creation of a brand-new marching band on the UW Oshkosh campus. Based on a renewable contract, this full-time academic position will be held in the department of music. In addition to marching band, other athletic bands may be created as part of the teaching load. Additional courses will be assigned based on the experience and expertise of the candidate, and may include ensemble conducting, music education, general music, and/or applied lessons. The primary duties during the first year of employment will focus on recruiting and developing the athletic band program, leading to an official debut of the marching band in the Fall semester of 2022. The successful candidate will actively work to build a rapport with local high school directors, recruit students to the program, and engage in various outreach activities. The position will include the administration of the marching band program, budget management, equipment and logistics, show/drill design and arranging.
